Hey I’m current not in the market right now but i love browsing the listings here in Calgary. I got to say all of your video production are really top notch!!!!

I would probably use the den as a dining room. It's right next to the kitchen and you could make it look really nice.

Condo fees probably 1000k a month plus 6000k property tax

Foreign buyers can purchase real estate in Canada - however - you won't be able to qualify for a home loan (mortgage) unless you're a resident, or qualify as a temporary resident immigrating to Canada with local employment.
