@@JZCROW Yeah I agree. If you are the standard family you are 4 on your self and with parents 8. Although they might not live there full time they need their spaces. In addition you may have sibling normally one with also partner adding another 2. The total would then be 10 and not even considering their children and maybe staff like chefs, nannies ( kind of unnecessary if your already around 10 people xD) security or assistants.

I'd assume thats why most of celebrities end up killing them selves, suffering from depression and what not, if they don't have real friends, and especially living in such houses with like 50 bathrooms, makes you very lonely as you said.

@SmokeKing After seeing the kitchen in the video, I am not shocked as to why they didn't feature it here. It's a commercial kitchen rather than a home kitchen. Not only is this designed so well, it was staged BEAUTIFULLY. Something you run into a lot with showing these big masterpiece homes is that they feel empty and big and not like a home, but i didn't get that with this at all. This feels homey and comfortable but also like a retreat where your mind can just calm. Incredible!

Ardie Tavangarian, is the nicest architect of our time.
Usually homes this scale seem to be “cold” and too neutral due to the sizes of the rooms and the materials used. But in this case, the used materials really give this home a warm feeling. I love the wooden and golden accents used throughout 😍

Hosts had some cringe-worth lines as well... "vintage Rocky bag"... Um, that's a punching bag, but fine, lets go with "Rocky" bag. "You can feel the chi" (said while holding up two fists in front of his chest)... I'm not sure frat-bros know how to "feel the chi"! "200 lb bronze Buddha statue"... Also a lot of people corrupt money or launder money. They can't hold some assets under their name. It may be easier legally to rent or lease. Lots of rich fellas drive common-man cars yet bet away 1000x that car's value at a casino every night at a loss in private rooms with the dealer.
