luxury villa and nice view
Would be nice to have the floor plan with a dot where we are as a reference for better orientation.
Amazing home design... it looks more like a home from the 70s. . Really Really nice... simple but spacious giving each room a perfect touch very well designed... the landscape out front blends in perfect with the property lot.. as if it's been there for many years.... excellent property. The master bathroom is amazing... as if you are entering another room and not a bathroom feeling.

That empty space under the house is a huge missed opportunity to put in a spa/gym area. Leaving it for the new owner to have to do that work, from a slopped hill is a bad idea.

So you you don't appreciate the included rubble and un-landscaped garden at 4:52 for your €3.7m lol. I agree, it is an amazing property but don't see the value justifying the high price, you are literally paying super inflated California prices for a Marbella property.. i would be suppressed if it sells near that price

also add €40k a year 'community fees' being inside a gated community.. not a huge fan of the property for the money being asked. Its located close to a road with minimal privacy, next to zero outdoor space, double garage must be tiny (Olga was quick to move on from that subject) building looks like a TEU ready to be loaded onto a container ship. I understand the price if it was on the coast where land is a premium but being situated ten km inland in Benehvias you expect more for four million..

I am glad i earn over a 100 grand every month from my investment with Mrs. Annie Marie, but no way I'm paying this much for this kinda house

I just want to live comfortably where I don't have to have a panic attack when I have some sort of car issue or home issue that needs to be repaired. I would like to not to work my teeth off to afford a vacation without worrying if I should or keep the money for a rainy day. I just want to be whelmed.
