I doubt anyone who has the money for a 3.2 million dollar house would live in Alberta Canada of all places

I can’t decide what’s better the house or the relationship between the host and the cameraman. Their work chemistry is disturbingly amazing, sometimes I come here just for their interaction. They remind me of the property brothers . I want to meet them just for mental satisfactory. Keep up the good work... an exquisite home!

Bruce L. I know that....look at the comment about the tax....someone said that tax is 40%....I already checked....the property tax for 2020 is around 1% of the value.

@@BruceLyeg A mortgage isn't based on one year of paymwnts. A mortgage is based on the collective principle. So if you sign for a mortgage of $325,000 then your mortgage is $325,000. You are probably refering to your mortgage *PAYMENT* . Or your annual mortgage *COST* .

@@gunsmokezz was thinking the same thing. but one would think the $'s spent on this house that would be an outdoor TV. for the amount of $ spent, build a structure over top the bar on the rooftop patio as you will never be able to see the TV form the sun glare. and too have a little bar protection. very nice if in Ontario along the edge escarpment I would buy.

I've seen too many of these property videos that now I could calmly say "It couldn't be any cheaper and better than this." Truly, in some other place, this would cost at least 5 times, literally.

This was an absolutely INSANE house tour, keep up the great work guys, I love the content!

Yeah, that's terribly stupid! I'm from that area in Alberta and if I had the money to buy a home like this one, first, I would never buy in Edmonton. At least not until they vote out their leftist butt kisser mayor. But most of all it's friggin' winter here sometimes for 7 months of the year. The first thing I'd want to be built is a covered pool and plant solarium! Then I'd build the home around it. lol

I live in this city. It's not always cold. It was around 70 F just yesterday and in July and August it is usually around 80 F. It usually stays above 60 for about 4-5 months out of the year.

Heated flooring, directed radiant heating, etc. It's pretty common in the upper end of the market.

I look at showhomes in Edmonton all the time, and rooftop patios are actually pretty common now when I tour another house with one its no surprise. Especially in Jagare ridge and Windermere drive

The shelf is no more hidden :)

Its a shame that roof top patio is gonna be covered by 3 feet of snow 8 months outta 12. For those saying "no pool? Wtf".. It's in Edmonton..
