This has to be the nicest NYC apartment I've ever seen. Great location, all on one floor and a backyard that would feel at home in the suburbs. This really has it all!

As crazy as the price of this place is, it's damn near impossible to find what this home has to offer in NYC. Whoever purchases this place will be extremely lucky. Great tour as always!

Seriously!! I instantly fell in love. I always said if I live in NYC I will also need a place in the Hamptons to get away from the mad rush climate. This seems the best of both worlds in one.

This place is great. The rooms were much larger than I was expecting considering it's NYC & almost every place there is cramped. I really loved the master, awesome closet. Loved all the extra storage, which is also hard to find in NY. My favorite part tho was the outdoor space. I could actually picture myself out there with a cup of tea or wine, throw blanket & book in the fall/winter & having a cookout with friends/family in the spring/summer

I can tell you never lived in upper Manhattan. I was born and raised in manhattan and my parents apartment was pretty biig. So was my friends. I think people want to live in lower manhattan. And just think every place is a closet it is not..Depending on where you live. Especially now a lot of these Newer apartments are made so much smaller it's ridiculous and Expensive.

Nice property! But why throw out shade to people from Iowa just because they may think it's a really expensive property?. I think you could say that about MOST people who are watching your high-value realty videos. Just say something like, "For those that aren't used to seeing such high-value properties...".

Pretty amazing for being in the middle of NYC. Looks like there's a garage for the building. You really should cover the building/condo amenities and costs. Personally, I hate the idea of living in NYC, way too many people packed in there. Head back to Miami, waterfront is the way to go.
