Ends, you can add to your sales pitch inside the garages you are Now showing better! Tell ppl that if they have a 5th Wheel Camper, Motorhome , a 4x4 Truck, a Range Rover With nice big tires or even a Nice boat they’d like to store inside THIS GARAGE- That the garage height is just Fantastic. Why? Because in Calif.Lots of ppl travel & many have these BIG ITEMS that they need this taller ceiling height to make sure they have plenty of head space while they are storing them.

This house is so extra, wow it has 7 bedrooms, amazing bedrooms, but you could easily convert 2 or 3 areas into additional bedrooms. Like off the master could be a nursery eg. Truly lavish. Wow

I appreciate you pointing out smart tech features, finishes, ways to use the space. etc. I'm also impressed with how fast the quality of your videos has improved. Enes seemed bored with the interior. It was just a blur.

This house insanely amazing right from the front door entrance, all the way through the whole building. Classy,stylish, nice light simple colours and yet glorious and pleasant. Eye to detail to every little things. The backyard is like a whole theme park to yourself and family. This house is one of the best, top five have seen from you. And I'm not easily impressed or moved by anything lol.

You can tell Enes was pretty excited to show us this property, and it's a nice one. So Enes, I would assume that realtors are still trying to sell and show properties even during this whole craziness that's going on? And in your own opinion what do you think the "temporary shut down" will do the PRICE and sale of homes during and after it's over? Will sellers have to be more flexible on the price? Of course no matter what if buyers have the money and want to buy a particular home they will no matter what, but with what's going on does effect decisions sometimes.

I’m not into Mediterranean type of house because it feels haunted to me, but I gave it a shot to watch and you didn’t disappoint me. I always love how you explain everything to us. Just wanted to ask regarding the bedroom in the basement, I could not see a window there. In my country all bedrooms need a window of certain size as an escape route to be up to code, is it not like that in LA ? And keep posting videos, great channel !

What a nice and beautiful place! You know, what i wonder? A house with this size, about 1.000m² interiour space, with the cost of 14 Million Dollars. Why is it sooo cheap, if you compare it with a lot of other houses much more tiny. Is it the location? I dont guess the neighborhood. So what's the rason? The formally owner did need the money?
