12,500 bucks a square foot? You have to be kidding? I know this comment will get deleted but this video made me lose some trust for Ryan. I love his videos. Especially recent Monaco view home, that's what you call excellent finish. Home looks awful compared to other stuff Ryan shows. Zillow shows way better homes for 10s of millions in Hamptons on sea front. The builder here gives off bad scammer energy, I don't think Ryan was comfortable listing this for 125m on KZread and he doesn't appear to have good rapport with the other guy. Something's amiss here. The finish isn't that great, the square footage of land isn't worth it either. Clearly this builder's got in financial difficulty or can't sell this.
$125 mil!!! More like $30 mil. Nothing to desire. It's just the location, which is eh!
It’s a nice property, but nothing “wow” about it in comparison to other oceanfront properties that have sold. We’ll see if anyone is willing to pay over $60 Mil for this.

I know I’m not the target market but this house is aggressively priced high, I mean even if you halved the price it would still be too high.
It looks like he wouldn't give him the listing unless he was in the video, tell me im wrong........aside from that, the house isn't worth $125 million there are no comps in the area to justify the price. Nice home, nice finishes but the owner should be prepared for low offers.
There are far better properties on lily lane in east hampton and meadow lane in southhampton for half the price..this house is overpriced by atlesst 2x if not 3x.
i think ryan should focus more on the area and why its worth that much rather than the house tour cuz house is pretty average and its all abt the location.
