Such ashame that you used such an old golfbuggy. A house like this should have a Garia golfbuggy! Also, show the 'hidden' entrance /cul the sack you where talking about. I am sure people would love to see how you can drive in with your Lambo without people noticing it! Would be a hack of a sales point for any buyers privacy!

The pool is 60m ? Difficult to guess based on the wideangle lense video, but I reckon the pool is more near 25m ?

The only thing I would like to recommend and see for your videos is having some kind of floor plan in a corner of the video with something like a "dot" representing the position of the current images taken during the walkthrough. droneshots of the whole property would be nice.. also from the sides and as always the drive in from the street... gate and entrance.. we havent seen any gate here... longer focus on photos... as everythime i start looking around it jumps away... we are her to enjoy those houses... we have time but you do great dude from Calpe

My best regards to the architect who seem to have brought the "zagaleta" mansion feel into a property at Nueva Andalucia, at least that's the impression I got. An area which appeals to a much larger and versatile audience: Nueva Andalucia. A much more social, rich with amenities and nicer area and the villa seems to be very private and has that real 'mansion' feel to it, mainly caused by the large front facade, the incredible central infinity pool and the insane double plot (large garden), adjacent to the Las Brisas golfcourse.

Before today i Never had any Big interest for this house (same Price that the Heaven eleven) But this immaculate white ground, the natural lights everywhere, this kitchen (!) It looks so quiet, so peacefull... Again, I Know that, for sure, you have priority but if you could do the same for one or more of the following references : D1658 D1493 D1709 ( this one even on Virtual tour, with the view...) D1778 And of course (🙏) D732.... It would be great ! PS : With explication of the "la Zagaleta" way of life ( security, services...) Thank you again for the quality of your job, very professional !

I think most Africans would love this design. The kitchen, dining and sitting room should be separable by doors. The reason behind is that when there are a lot of people at home, people in the kitchen and /or dining room usually make will be talking loud and making noise, whilst people in the sitting room are watching tv, or discussing family issues.
