Eggzactlyyyy! I've seen almost all the property tour videos..And my godd..This is abso-fucking -loutely crazyyyy. Something that can be called a dream house. Everything is just on point. PERFECT. Even the art pieces hanging on the wall match my preference..Like the designer just got into my mind without me knowing. ❤ Rest all the houses he showed were more like hotels where you wouldn't want to stay for more than a week max..Not worth it.

@@chippies121 the top floors go for 15 million and up, then on top of that you t have to pay thousands of dollars of hoa fee each month then you pay thousands of dollars in taxes. No living space in Nyc is worth the HOA the amenities are not worth it.

I like that he’s a hard worker, loves his job, loves his wife and has grown up an enormous amount. He doesn’t act like some of those other celebrity people on BRAVO who are so into their money and status. He’s a hard worker and intelligent.

Lol I was thinking that when he got to the master suite. He called the bedroom huge which was a lie and then he was cringefully over exaggerating that tub in the master suite. Once he realized he wouldn't actually fit is when he held his legs apart in there instead tryna act like it's big enough to fit him which it wasn't.

4:05 kitchen sounds pretentious. Imported italian cabinets that look like garage cabinets, petri dish countertops, La Croix faucets. so many pretentious names all in one place.
