some feedback , talk about the room sizes , ceiling height material used, what you get in the standard model vs upgrades

Usually not a fan of the ultra modern style, but... this house is stunning!! Well spaced out neighborhood, so you're not living elbow to elbow with the neighbors, and the Abuela apartment is absolutely perfect. I loved that little perk. The only thing I'd change if it were mine is the staircase (I just didn't like the hand rails so I'd switch them to something black and vertical) and I'd rip up that ugly fake grass around the pool and replace it with stone or something. I would always assume my dog would pee on the "grass" and you can't really clean astroturf that good. But those changes aren't a deal breaker for sure. The "good" column outweighs the "bad" column by far on this property. Also, your mom is a cutie pie. I bet she's a little dynamo! God bless! 💜🙂

damn, I got a home in similar size here in north east san antonio and I payed 860 for it. now worth over 1.2 million. Got it just pre covid/buyers market. talk about the finding the right deal at the right time. gotta make it happen!

Beautiful home. Great floorplan that flows well for a busy mom and busy family, but still elegant. Loved the in law area with second/butlers kitchen. Your mom is a hoot and seems Like a fun person. So yes, please keep her in your videos. My only criticism is that you need to show all the rooms. The in law room looked like it had its own bathroom that was separate from the pool bath. You didn’t show the study.

I keep I keep on watching this in this home still far is the best home I've seen. My only thing I would change would be I would want only a one-and-a-half story and I need all the bedrooms on the first floor. Everything else the home is built phenomenally and I love the style of it. I wonder if I could get something like that?
