Cos the condo is very old. The owners are catholic. It is near to Nativity Church.

You can still get $1.1million for 1200 sq ft. The 93.3 DJ Lin Pei Fen bought Rosalia Park. Freehold. Walk Up Apt 3rd floor. Many celebrities are quite shrewd in properties purchases. Jade Seah, Jamie Yeo, Arden Sng bought walk up apartments. They didnt buy high prices and all are freehold.

Evergreen condo is very old..it is good that the owner has made an effort to rejuvenate the whole house

Nice kitchen. Good call to close it off if there’s gonna be heavy cooking esp stir frys and pan frying. Quite well done except for one thing that can’t be avoided in this design…the dreaded long/longish and narrow living room area.

Yup generally main road facing has some noise, but not as bad as if it's a highway or an MRT track!

i know this is a week old... but if the shoe cabinets was a existing store room... shouldnt the existing space be bare behind it? if u can slide out the shoe cabinet and have room for suitcases or decorations and a christmas tree behind it? i think that woulda been a even better usage for that limited unused space.... LOL maybe im thinking too much! 😅

The house isn't for sale, it was mentioned in the video that they purchased the home with it being a "forever home" in mind.
