Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday now Monday 😂. 1st home like the front elevation. 3/2 pool. Oh. True open concept. Reno looks great. Don’t care for kitchen’s upfront but it’s far right and looks amazing. Yes pantry small but needed and appreciated. The floors /countertops/backsplash look great. Good size primary. En-suite small but nice. Closet workable. Good size laundry 🧺 too. The other 2 baths and beds ok. This is a nice home Kaleb. Very spacious for 1500+ sq ft. Covered enclosed lanai and good size pool. Like this. 2nd home like the front elevation. Gotta fence the backyard. It’s nice but the kitchen is immediate on entry giving apartment vibes; but admit it’s nice. Like the floors. Don’t care for dark but it works. Adorable breakfast nook indeed. Yes. Long peninsula bar seating. Primary with pool access. Small en-suite. Think could’ve put 2 sinks. Closet ok. Guest bedrooms and bathroom ok. Covered enclosed lanai and pool. Another nice home. Amazing space for loungers and outdoor kitchen and dining. Love it. My pet peeve is the kitchen on entry and a 2nd primary en-suite sink would’ve been nice. 3rd home again nice front elevation. Ok. Feels boxy on entry but appreciate the wall so don’t see the entire kitchen. Appreciate the 2 primary closets. Oh. The bathroom is night. Door to the pool. Kitchen a little small but works. Like the openness to the family room and breakfast nook. Laundry 🧺. Bath with another door to backyard. Oh 3 bedrooms? Nice but needed at least a 1/2 bath. Another great covered enclosed lanai. Yes. Fence. . Wow Kaleb. 3 great homes for someone. Thanks so much. There is hope 😂. No eats today. Have a great week.

I can’t believe that house is almost half a million dollars. I’ve been away from the US too long. When I left the US a house like this would run like $250,000.

Hello, Kaleb, these homes are definitely worth the money 🤑💰!! The are all different in their own way, they are very well made and well designed, all of the rooms are huge roomy and quite cozy, The kitchen's are extremely elegant and very versatile. You can't ask for anything better than this. These houses 🏘️🏘️ should not 🚭🚫 have a problem selling. You are too good of a Real Estate Agent to settle for nothing less. Thank You for sharing these amazing homes with us. Great Job 👍!

It's crazy to see the kind of prices Americans are having to pay for these tiny little homes ... USD $400,000 can buy you a brand new mansion in other parts of the world !!! I feel sorry for you guys !!!

@@AmitKhanna7373 I agree, but someone will pay that kind of money to get a house. Apartments are no better, because they are not yours. You have homes that are a lot more than these. I was paying a arm and a leg, for a apartment, at that time, until I finally got my first home. I paid $446.000. I didn't care, I wanted my own house. Maybe you feel different, that's fine for you, but not for me.

The first home has 1500 ft.²! For the love of God!!! Tiny home! I can’t believe the HOA allows a neighbor to have a crappy old boat in her backyard. That’s probably why these people are moving out. Neighbor probably cranks that thing up every few days and stinks up the neighborhood. It’s a massive eyesore coming out your back doors. Instant $75,000 reduction for having to look at a boat every time you walk out your backyard. Lol.

Hello Kaleb, i havent commented on your videos since you were using the fish eye lense. First two houses seems overpriced considering the age and lack of things being finished. The last house was a architectural eyesore. The home is a maze of false walls, the main bedroom is small yet open for all the world to see. A free peepshow should be written as one of the homes quirks. Are there any homes designed in Florida that had not been sketched in crayons... Lastly multiple external doors allowing access into a bathroom just feels terrifying, the last thing i want is for someone to come in while im doing my business or taking a shower

Some of the design choices in house number two made me scratch my head. There was plenty of space to put double sinks in that master. And a shower in the hall bath would make it harder for a family with kids. All of the homes had great outdoor spaces and lot sizes. The small closets are not a drawback in Florida for me

Do you love to point out that a lot of these homes have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Well for me personally I don't really care for that. They're overrated. They're not really such a big deal. Just one person's opinion that's all.
