So, in case you were wondering why I am watching your video, it's simply because it popped-up in my KZread homepage suggestions and I was curious to see what American homes were like and the prices of said houses. It seems the reason for the suggestion is due to the fact that I have been binge-watching Indian real estate videos for the past several months, since I am planning to migrate there within the next couple of years. Nice houses, by the way! Happy New Year!

@@joshbryanrealtor, I should have stipulated that I own my home, so if I had to pay rent, my expenses would DOUBLE (meaning, I could live on that six thousand dollars property tax for only one and a half years). Incidentally, I need to sell my condo here in Metro Manila before migrating to india, so if you know anyone seeking a small but nice apartment in Philippines, I am willing to offer you a handsome commission.

How do you afford 6,000 in taxes hoa, and home owners at ridiculous prices on retirement income. Keep it!

I have a 4/3 in Land O Lakes and I like it better than any of these newer homes. Especially the 2 story home. Do West Tampa or South Tampa LOL Bayshore - Tampa Davis Island

@@joshbryanrealtor By the outlet on 54/56 I border Wesley Chapel side of Land O Lakes. I say South Tampa because they just tore it up with those 2 story homes. Now they are doing it in West Tampa.

First thing you should mention is the sinkholes, and spend the money to prove that it is safe, the fact that we have people trying to move veteran families, into these death traps, show how messed up this place is. Soldiers can’t even get a peace of mind as they lay down their lives for us, it’s all about a dollar, no honor in any of it, just a big mess
