1 year later: I managed to move into the same house, which is already close to the first place, in price and luxury. My dream has come true and this video is still my favorite on youtube.

I know for a fact from watching other luxurious homes compilation on KZread and Google searchers along with the travel channel that maybe. (MAYBE !?) 2 or 3 of these might make the list #2 & #3 would not be one of them. As for the other 7 or 8, they wouldn't even make the top 20 most luxurious houses in the world. Most of these wouldn't even make that the top 10 houses in America*

I'd be upset if this was a topic with a clear classification based on technical specifications and I missed 8 spots. I'm more than happy to make things better next time and appreciate viewers who recommend things I missed. So in this case, if you want to drop a few houses which you think should have been on the list, I'll check them for next time.

Yeah the last house you featured sold for just over 42 million no where near the 159 million they were dreaming someone would pay. Most of these houses don’t sell anywhere near what they list for. Oh and just a little tid bit of info the previous owner sued the contractor who installed the gold leaf cause he claimed it wasn’t 22 karat total weight. Very ritzy area but there isn’t anything to do near that small city Hillsboro Beach. Over priced blocks of concrete is all they are.

Only problem with the last home is the whole house seems like a place your afraid to touch anything

The prices are completely false. Especially number 9. I seen it on another channel and it is NOT 16 million.

Just for your own information, this video is not a sales brochure, and as a result prices listed here are indicative only, based on some historical transactions involving these properties, which by the way, can fluctuate a lot. If you found such a nice channel that gives you the most accurate information as you say, then I don't get it why you are wasting your time around here...

Ok, I get it, all the prices are wrong, but where is the evidence of your statement (any articles, links)? So we can learn and make things better next time. I'm really grateful to some viewers of this channel whose well-informed and documented comments helped us make things better over time. It is a big difference, don't you think?

Which should be valuable information for all your viewers and if you had a better attitude, would be valuable to you too. And evidence? Channel: producer michael Video: 65 million bel air mega mansion with a beauty salon and spa. It's not my job to provide correct prices. It's yours. Considering the main purpose of your channel, making prices is not ideal. I guess it saves time. But good luck with the future.

@@philipl.7188 It's not your job to provide correct information... but, on the other side, it is your job to come and say that everything is wrong without providing any evidence... hmm, really? Finally after a long struggle you bring one piece of evidence, which is fair enough to consider that the price listed in my video for that specific house is incorrect. What about the other nine entries? You said that all prices are wrong. Which are their correct prices then? I don't have any problem at all if you come and prove that all prices are wrong indeed, but just do the work until the end, before making any generic statements.
