@@a_sorry_Asari I had to stretch out both sides quite a bit and then reshape the rings once it was in. Took me a while, especially getting the rings back to their original shape but it works. Just takes some patience. I was afraid of stretching it at first because i didn't think it'd be able to go back but it will if you work with it.

Hey Jonathan, you may have to just barely pull the wire end out of your nostril a little (with your other fingers) just to guide it out of the nostril while you are rotating it through. You should be able to reshape it once its in your nostril so it sits more comfortably.

what ki d of wiring is that where can i buy that at ?

Watch the video backwards and its basically instructions on how to take it out

@@selmarie5740 You basically have to do it in reverse of how you put it in. So pull one of the hoops back inside your nose and twist it out.
