In regards to the airplane scene this was actually battlefield paying tribute to stun gravy who landed this trickshot 9 years ago on battlefield 3 it became the most viewed trickshot in battlefield history and was nicknamed the Randezook and he was ecstatic when he saw it

The whole ejecting and RPGing a jet was actually a trickshot used in a previous battlefield game by a person named "stun_gravy", and it was pretty famous back then. The developers just included that move in the trailer, for the battlefield community.
