You might describe your channel as "mediocre" however, I reckon this is one of the most inspiring channels, I'm certain that's not just me either. Thanks to your channel I have got myself another motorcycle an XR 250r 1998 (coincidence but there you go).

I think I can add to the "why am I doing this?" part. Mostly because you can, thus you should. Not to get to personal (says the guys who's about to get personal), endurance racing is something I'm just not going to be able to ever do due to some vision problems (I've got pretty bad keratoconus and to use two contacts simultaneously per eye to get any sort of vision), HOWEVER, I still enjoy riding/racing/whatever, mostly because it's something I can do. However though whatever situation you're in, there's always something you CAN do. The change of perspective from looking at thing I can't do to thing I can do has helped me tremendously in life. Suffering while doing something you enjoy just means you're still able to be doing whatever you enjoy.

Hey Gabe! One question that I've always had: It appears that less is more in some occasions, and bike is also in this. Seeing how well you've made with the little CRF and the previous Suzuki DR may be something (And I'm saying this without taking any of the effort YOU have made thorough these races, as it is 20% the bike and 80% the rider.). Do you think that these little bikes could also be competitive in shorter races (Or hare scrambles) that do not last 24hs ? Either way, awesome video. You are a BEAST

It's largely dependent on the percentage of the course that lends itself to a bigger or smaller bike. The greater percentage of the course that is just a power-sucking drag race, the more disproportionately disadvantaged a little bike will be. However, a longer race does give the slower guy more opportunity to catch up, regardless of his reasons for being slower.
