100% agree, i've worked a "hard/bad job" and our manager/team leader was what kept the team going, and we all agreed that if he had been a "slave driver" instead of a LEADER, then we would all have quit, not giving a sh*t about having to eat grass to survive, we would be willing to shovel sh*t in a storm with a good leader rather than work even the easiest job under a bad, evil, incompetent a-hole.
