  Boy you better check your figures before throwing around the prices for rent in NYC and mortgage payments in Colorado. A 450 square ft sixth floor walk up apartment in an 1890`s tenement building in Chelsea, NYC costs over $4,500 a month. Not a glamorous apartment. A house a described in Colorado with the swimming pool, 3 car garage st al, would cost over $2 million dollars. And any mortgage payments would be well over $14,000 per month. REALLY BAD FIGURES IN YOUR STORY.

  When my grandchildren were born I was present at the hospital then spent the first 2 weeks they were home staying with my daughter to help her. After I went back to work I would leave work m, drive 40 minutes to her home to see her he babies then drive 30 minutes to my home. Going to see my grands if I have to drive to another state(not every day but at least once a week). Can’t understand this grandmother at all.

  *That* *last* *one...* all he/she had to do was go keto/carno. When I first learned about it I thought it sounded mad, the exact opposite of everything we have all been taught about food and nutrition, but then I found out that everything we have been taught has been lies all along. Now that I am on the Proper Human Diet I am recovering from obesity after decades of getting fatter and fatter with no "diet" working, having tried every "diet" out there. I wish I knew the truth years ago... how different my life would have been. Here I am now, at 66, getting smaller, healthier, and aging backwards. It's good, but I wish I knew years ago. At least I know that now I will reach my 90's.

  My parents had a shared ashalt driveway where they had owned the property for over 40 years and the next door neighbors were my grandparents. (The driveway was there long before either of them owned the properties and was wide wide enough for one coming and one going.) When grandparents died and house was sold the new neighbors did not want to share the driveway forcing my parents to build a new one right alongside of it. Neighbors still being jerks dug up a divider right down the center and planted a bunch of trees. (This left their side barley wide enough for one car.) Now the part they took out of the center was on their side but what they don't undertand is that as those trees grow and expand it's going to leave there side with very little room to go up their driveway. Since there is lots of landscaping that makes it literally impossible for them to widen their side any more without incurring a lot of cost as they had to do very little cause they literally stole the entire original drive claiming it as theirs which it was but should never have been an issue. My parents side still has plenty of land for expalnsion if needed but I am sure will opt for cutting back the trees that will eventually encroach onto their side.

  If you knew what kind of weed killer she used then get a picture of her using it on your land. Take a picture of it at the store All Sides of container with caution warnings especially concerning children and pet <most weed killers have this warning> you could submit it as proof. The caution of "dangerous for children and Pets" prove Deliberate Intent.

  Story 1 Elder abuse is an actual crime in many places Story 2 That's a headscratcher as there is talk of property lines going to the edge of the road and easements. With an easement property lines aren't an issue after all that's what an easement is the right to cross or use a property for purposes spelled out in the easement
