Hey man. I just discovered your channel and I really like the content. I lived in South Korea back in 2012 and then China for the last 10 years, so the idea of maybe moving to Thailand is enticing. My wife and I actually spent 3 weeks in Chiang Mai in the beginning of the summer and then came to the states to visit my family after not being able to see them for 4 years. Now we are thinking of the next step. Maybe we will come and spend like 5 months in Bangkok - do these places have month to month rent options or do you need to sign for a year or something. $400 a month is awesome. Inflation here in the states is wild.

Pimp eggs, is actually horse shoe crab eggs. Because the word horse shoe crab in Thai is แมงดาทะเล and แมงดา is used to describe a pimp hence it is translated like that which I don't think is really correct haha 😂!

I'm going to correct you. You said your condo was 333 meters for $380.00 per month. I think you meant to say 33 meter which would be 355sq feet is more like the size of your condo from what I can see on here. Basically a small one bedroom apartment with no oven or stove, more on the lines of a hotel room verse an apartment.

haven't experienced it yet! but the disadvantage here is a ton of traffic, have to wait along time to just cross the road.

Lol at Pimp eggs. Those eggs are Horseshoe Crab eggs. Horseshoe Crabs are called Mang-Da. The slang word for a Pimp is Mang -Da.

Nice condo especially for the price. The first things I noticed were the size of the kitchen counter and bathroom counter. So much bigger than normal. Maybe it's a girl thing. I would definitely cook despite all the yummy street food but usually in condos in this price range the counters are tiny. And why developers put in huge bathroom sinks instead of counter space is impossible to understand. Good video.

You can just get a 2 bedroom then: one bed for sleep, one bed for office. And WiFi is extremely fast, only $20/mo for 500+ mbps and extremely reliable
