Nice 3rd and 4th leg! They weren't ready for the smoke!
SMOOOOOKED! Turned it on and he was gone! Excellent!👍
Dude walked him down 😮great anchor leg
Nasty finish, 4*100 hits different
Those handoffs were on point
The anchor leg was moving. What I was watching was his form. Nice and clean shoulders and hips in line and driving forward not down. Great job to his coach
I could keep this video on 🔁 and watch it all day everyday
kid hit panic button like shot nitrous was gone 💯💪✌
Who knew high school kids can pass the baton better than pros? Those handoffs were textbook, even for the scrubs 😊
Seeing that is like biting into a York peppermint patty🙂
That Anchor ⚓ is the truth 💥💯💥💯💥💯💥
Just to be clear...the anchor leg for Plainfield North appears to be Marcellus Moore and he currently has a 100m dash personal best of 10.12. That is national elite sprinter level and borderline international elite. This is a high school race. A great high school time is anything under 11.0. The other anchors probably ran a 10.8 or 10.9 and Marcellus Moore's high school best was 10.31. That means that Marcellus Moore was hawking guys that are exceptionally fast.

Correct. The kid who lost the lead was a 10.90 guy. The kid in lane-8 was Courtney Lindsay who ran 9.89 in 2023 (Texas Tech).

Damn! Boy had 5 yds to make up & beat him by 6. That’s jets
I realized that during his comeback he puts his arm like a robot while the other isn’t, maybe that helped him with his win but congratulations to him.
The anchor leg kicked into another gear
That anchor leg kid is explosive 🧨

Who holds the 60m record at the University of Texas? ⤵️ Marcellus Moore of Plainfield, IL. The guy you see in this video. You know who else is in this video? Courtney Lindsay of Rock Island, IL. Lindsay was NCAA 100m Champ last spring running for Texas Tech. His 10.89 and 19.86 is world class. Would those Texas HS 38s and 39s be run if the same guys went to a Chicago area high school. The answer is HELL NO. Troll elsewhere.

Sweet 😅
Ok... THIS! is text book! so to speak! because it's not always just raw speed! that wins these relays! Baton passing (and within the zone!) is very important! So when you have "Clean & Smooth" baton passes, you can go from 4th to 1st! Because the team that won, were actually in 4th (nearly 5th place!) and their second leg runner is their weakest/slowest... But what they did have were clean baton passes! and also KNOW YOUR RUNNERS! make sure to set the team up to get the best results! = 🥇
I miss going to events like this ❤❤❤.... right now it's AAU volleyball game with my granddaughter

Are you a 10.31 state recording holding sprinter who ran at the Olympic Trials at age-18 and presently hold the University of Texas 60m record? That’s what you see in this video.
@jamesjackson4264
2 ай бұрын
@@coachtonyholler no I get it. I ran track in college myself before becoming an old man. All American as a youth and ran on all American relay teams in college. Of course college was the late 90s. The individual runner does not look slow just the time. 41 seconds might not make it out of district in the bigger schools in Texas. The national record which was owned by a Texas school in fort worth got smashed this year by a Houston school who tan 38 seconds. Many schools are running 39 seconds. I reside in desoto Texas which is probably the hardest district in the state for all sports.
