Спорт
Taylor Crabb and Taylor Sander vs Phil Dalhausser and Casey Patterson (all 4 Olympians) in the MOST EPIC beach volleyball match of the year at the AVP Hermosa Beach 2022.
Try our favorite electrolyte mix, LMNT: drinklmnt.com/MCKIBBIN
**NOTE**: We filmed and edited this match in the way we believe the sport of beach volleyball should be watched and experienced: intimate and up close to the action, players, and coaches so you can hear and feel the emotion, excitement and physicality of our sport, almost as if you were in the game. Shot with cinema cameras from five different angles with slow motion replay and cutting out the dead space between points. THIS is beach volleyball. Enjoy

I agree with your advertisement method of following the players more in the sports we love and I love seeing more of the players being who they are. I love what you have done for the sport and how we see it now and how the future generation is gonna witness this great sport, keep doing the good work you brothers do
I usually don’t comment on stuff…but this was awesome! Love listening to the strategy and coaching. Loved hearing the communication. Fun to watch!!!

Love the angles. Your views show so much more scale. You really get a sense of how big these blocks are and how small the windows for a successful hit are. Great job here as always guys
I live for these videos. Even knowing the outcome I still watch just for the angles and conversations you don’t get watching live. Love what you guys do for us true volleyball junkies out there. 🤙
I love all these videos of the AVP matches! please keep doing them and giving us high quality coverage
The McKibbin brothers are so good for this sport! Giving us such a cool vantage point of the sport! Keep up the great work! Team Taylormade is gonna get one soon I can feel it!
As someone who loves the sport of volleyball and has played all my life, the way this game was filmed and edited was absolutely fantastic! This was my initial thought prior to reading the pinned comment. I would sign a petition to allow Mckibbon Bros. Productions to be the official AVP production group. Great stuff!!!
2:00 - Casey is one of the best at taking such a long look at the defender before jumping on his attack. Pretty incredible to watch in slow motion, makes it look really, really easy. (Tutorial on attacking vision coming soon? 👀)

As a 44yr old who grew up playing beach… this viewing experience is what I fell in love w as a teen. Well done guys!
LOVE this style of filming! Its the only way I want to watch beach volleyball now. The only thing that could make it better is seeing you two out there on the courts again!
I love watching Taylor Crabb play, but GOD I love watching Casey Patterson compete. He has such a fun energy.
Watched this live the other day, your production adds so much to the game, really appreciate it! Cheers!
Great video as always! Love the close ups during the timeouts to get a better idea of each teams strategy throughout the match.
I watched the AVP broadcast of this at the time, it is still super fun to rewatch. I like this version. it feels super clean to view.
Best filming ever. Have been playing since 1972. Casey played with us on East Beach when he was in high school.
Insanely entertaining! I signed up for your paid membership immediately! I love the idea of being able to support you guys doing what you do! This is ART !!!
Truly the best beach volleyball content out there! Thank you for this masterpiece!!
I think the selection of which angles to show is really on point, really easy to see the important parts of each play.
You guys definitely brought a fresh air in the way games are presented to us, common mortals. It's awesome. By the way, I love T. Crab respect for Dalhausser.
This way of watching shows the beauty of the sport. Great job
y’all should come to seaside for sure! 🙌🏼
The way Casey and phil play, I tend to forget how old they are. I mean old in beach volleyball terms. Those dudes are still killin it!!!🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🙏🏼✊🏼
Please come to seaside ! AVP is running it and we got miles partain coming through Aug 12-13
Great game. This is how beach volleyball matches should be broadcast. It’s a very great and dynamic sport and as such should be portrayed. Most of the TV broadcast is very flat.
This was the best watching experience I've ever had
Went to AVP Ft Lauderdale yesterday and had a blast watching Sanders/Crabb!! Thanks for globalizing this content and the community!
Love this video and style of shooting!! Way better than TV
Brilliant angles and the slo-mo replays!
See you guys in Seaside!
Best way to watch volleyball is your videos, no contest.
That is an awesome video! Love your content guys, greeetings from Brasil! You are changing completely the volleyball scenario. I wish this could happen to indoor too. The transmission angles in there are terrible. You guys give so much emotion in this games, it's glorious.
I know the outcome of this match, watched it live, and I still am on the edge of my seat. LOVE the look into what they talk about during timeouts. I've played a decent amount of volleyball and I still only understand like half of what Casey is saying
What a video guys, this is amazing
I super love your videos! Keep it up! Go taytays💪🏻🏐
Awesome production!
Excellent editing and presentation. Beach volleyball has never looked better on screen. Casey is the best :)
Such great editing and transitions, you gUys have mastered this and it is wildly entertaining. Keep it up bros!!!
McKibbin Bros got the sponsorship part of their video down. Still got their content playing while advertising LMNT. Hands down the best way to advertise a product for a video AND best video format in general on KZread. It's the little things that matter
Over 14k viewers and just 500 likes wtf? Absolutely love the production - quality, replays, timeouts - everything looks great, thank you guys! Maybe Increase a volume players/coaches during timeouts a bit, or even mic’d up some players in highlighted games, especially players like Casey etc. ( not sure how it’s technically works tho). Also, I’d like to see some short pre/postgame commentaries from players about strategies, what’s works, what goes wrong etc, like small analysis. Anyway, amazing stuff, keep going!
ty for helping grew the vb community. these vids are great
These angles though 🤌
Awesome job...well done 👍
what a match!
Awesome video as always. Hope Tay-Tay get a big W this season. Any news on a 4man later this summer?
damn ! Taylor Crabb and Taylor Sander are on Fire !
You guys really need to come to seaside this year!
LETS GOOOO TEAM CRABB/SANDER!!!
wow all these anles REALLY gives a "High" to the game....if you keep it up like this McKibbin Bros. You will end up not playing anymore but Filming on the whole circus, to the Olympics for sure !! GREAT JOB on a Great Match:))
Phil's hit at 29:26 😳 My goodness that man has a high contact point
I love what you guys do, great for the sport. Be awesome if you went away from the Hawaiian guys from time to time but I’m guessing they are the ones giving you the content. Great stuff!
I love what you did with the replay sounds. Most people won't notice but it was so annoying to listen to the same sound 3 or 4 times every replay. This is way better. Good job
I wish the avp had this quality for live streams
Dude imagine crabb and daulhasser on a team. The ultimate beach lib and the ultimate beach blocker
Too bad this isn't the way we watch it live. Amazing shots as always guys
Phils vert is actually crazy on these blocks. He’s easily gettin 30+ (maybe even 35”) off of zero approach and at 6’9 im just blown away
Great coverage from you guys...not used to seeing Sander getting blocked so much
casey and phil are both 42 absolutely elite
Awesome again guys. You guys getting another tutorial happening soon hopefully with someone like Phil? And when are u guys getting back on the courts?
beach volleyball is just so freaking hard and consumes a lot energy than indoor
What a great game that was, if Sander can time those blocks and get into better blocking position he would block most of the hit. The timing and placement is so important when it's only two people occupying the court. Never the less amazing game. 👏
Eu adoro voleibol de praia muito legal bacana e interessante
Casey is the perfect villain. I love it.
I'm the king of cramping lol i need to check it out! ;) thanks for the video

Watching a 6’9” player block is as exciting as watching paint dry.
This is great! Feels a little like watching NFL Redzone - all action, no filler. Maybe you can talk Bally's into doing some kind of Redzone equivalent. Feature request: add captions to the coach's box convos. They're hard to hear over Mark Schuermann.
Amazing editing! Multiple shots! The only downside is that it's hard to hear what they're saying during the timeouts & when that's the case, it's best to edit it out. Keep it up, bros!
I saw a very good match

It's crazy trying out stuff on the court and seeing it here absolutely perfected. At least from my point of view. Thats why you need to watch the professionals, to get some inspiration in :D

I came by to metal detect when this was set up lol
Even if you don't record in 1440p or above you should try and export and upload at 1440p or above because it uses a higher quality compression codec called vp9
if you could sprinkle in some commentary over the matches that would be amazing.
When will the beard bros tank tops be available again on your website?
Please tell me you have the recent Crabb/Sander vs Hyden/Webber Match?! It got pretty spicy and would be epic on your channel.

Line AND angle and his face just in case. I tried this once and my partner said, "what was that", I just said sorry. 😂
Is there a feasible way for this to become the style of an avp live broadcast?? I think that would be so amazing for the sport. It’s a night and day difference watching this compared to the standard broadcast.

Feasible way? LOL they are at ground level did the McGoobers invent filming at ground level?
@benapstein1182
Жыл бұрын
@@bubbahubba5009 yeah obviously they can do that. More like the way they’re editing in slow mo replays from a bunch of different angles. For example watch an nba game and there’s enough money for a big enough staff to be doing all that editing and production live and on the fly. Obviously it would be possible for a live broadcast to have this production level I just don’t know if it’s feasible given avp budget right now.
COME TO SEASIDE OREGON, MOST HYPE TOURNAMENT !!!!!!!
Old"s cool!
Love to see the shorter guys win. Those bigger guys just gassed out, they wouldn’t make it to the finals if they still had side out scoring.
What about to make a video about cotaffava the rising star
the shorties vs dalhausser
Bad guys won but great match
It’s really quiet a great watch, but it is glaring how different the style of volleyball is compared to fivb tournaments. Almost no option balls no risky or creative play, just plain good volleyball. I appreciate both but atm it looks like avp style vball looses on the world stage.
@umrobe62
Жыл бұрын
I don't know if it's the style of play so much as it is the physicality. Norway doesn't play a very progressive style, they just do everything at a very high, and very physical level. Qatar too. Chaim and Theo are doing well internationally, and they're about as boring as it gets, but they're big and physical...
@thomasjay2694
Жыл бұрын
@@umrobe62 hmm are you sure they doing well? Haven’t seen any us team playing in semi finals of an elite 16 tournament for a very long time. This is no criticism but something has changed, the us dominance has vanished, could it have perhaps something todo that the national tour (avp) is played with an arguably easier to play with ball?
@umrobe62
Жыл бұрын
@@thomasjay2694 They just got 4th at world championships. I'm not arguing with you, I just don't think it's a style issue, it's that the US players aren't physical enough. Most of the US blockers are the size of international defenders.
8:30 Patterson scrubs that whole play and he called for it. It was a 4 on Crabb, Phil late switch cross and Patterson never moved. Phil never called a switch. Naptime.
Poor America doesn't have video challenge, forgive me please

how much does sander jump??
Great game!! Low key… Patterson talks A LOT 🤣
I really enjoy the way you shoot and cut these things. As a player myself I can 100% confirm that this is much truer to the game than the traditional angles. There is sadly one thing that often stops me from watching your vidoes fully. Slow motion replays on every point. It's great to see every few points or so when something special happens. But having it on every point just feels too dragged out. Like, when it's just a straight dig, set, kill/block out, It becomes annoying for me to see a repeat everytime. Or if you really want it on every point, maybe you could do a split screen during the time between whistle blow and service hit. And then vary the timings and size of the split screens. Maybe it's just me but I think it is worth trying out. Or maybe you already tried something similar and this is what works best for you, in which case I would be sorry to be presumptuous.
New Guard at 30? Only in AVP terms I guess, internationally though you have Veteran Teams which are younger now (Mol/Sorum at 25/27 respectively for instance): I do not know what is happening in the US but I am missing the really young great teams
