Just tried installing some of the included plugins that came with my purchase, and all of them freeze immediately after trying to open them. DAW tried importing them as plugins and froze, so had to skip them. Latest OSX here.

I need the effects plug ins that came with my oxygen pro mini how do I activate them? there is nothing online about it.

All I wantet to do is check if there is an update to my SR-16 drum machine. Why make it so complicated? I se no info in my account other than a link to this video

HELP! It says No Hardware detected... my controller is plugged and registered but I can't Redeem Software... for no reason at all...

I got Mojave, how can i download the software without updating OS?

There are currently no drivers available for this product and operating system. (windows 10- keist. mk 3)...SO ? Shall I send you the keyboard back?

I feel great frustration with this... my life is stressful because of this program..I wonder why they complicate these installations so much. My life is shit because I can't do anything..I am a 60 year old retiree and it is difficult for me to update everything about the program.

@@dynamique_wav Okay, so how do I install the inmusic software center in windows 7 (since support told me other than MPC beats it's fully compatible in windows 7), the manual is outdated (and refers to software on the m-audio site, which doesn't exist. and i can't create an account or log in there). The inmusic site where my keyboard is registered, and this video states that I should first install the inmusic software center. Ableton Live Lite is also not listed on the site, which is supposed to be included.

i need to install everything on my D disk and not in my C disk and is not letting me, even when i put all the links to a folder in my D disk is not working and the InMusic app install everything in my C disk, i cannot find a solution pls reply. And why the InMusic app installed automatically and doesn't let me choose where i wanna install it? it doesn''t make any sense, pls fix this

It shows my Midimix under "Other Devices", and the only thing I can do there is click a link which leads to the product registration page which leads to this video which leads to the inmusic program which leads to the product registration page which leads to this video...

is there any way to bypass this? I've been stuck on this for a while and it's very time consuming.

I'm just going to say, on Windows, I didn't get any exe that helped me setup my hardware, nor did I get any instructions on how to download the included software. I did get MCP Beats loaded but it won't accept any of the other software included, such as Creative FX etc.. I've followed all the instructions on how to load it into MCP Beats, but nothing. So far, all that's happened is my head exploding and my time wasted.

Where are all of the samples/sounds that come with the MPC 2 software? I can't figure out how to get a hold of them. EDIT... Sorry, I jumped the gun. This ilok and inmusic stuff is all new to me. I had a studio back in the day and it wasn't as complicated as the one+. Stoked to get back and rolling. I just had to watch the video LOL.

Why not download to iPhone??

I'm going to return my Oxygen MKV 49 key, probably. It's been incredibly annoying, the manual is outdated, this video doesn't help, the inmusic software center doesn't install in windows 7 (and it changed my windows background), software that should be included isn't listed on the inmusic site where my registered keyboard is, etc. Will likely never consider buying inmusic products again.

Frustrating ordeal just to use my fucking keyboard.

i figured it out.... you have to FULL register the Akai and then FULLY finish registration of ALL your details, then try it again.... links show up for me now..

As it is, I will not consider buying any inmusic products ever again.

I wlll probably post a video of how the manuals are outdated, emails from supposed support, etc has been basically useless. Also, Ableton is similarly garbage.

The download links will appear in some time when you log out and login again into the akaipro or inmusic added product page. It took me couple of hours for the links to appear! That is the best way to progress because you need a lot of other software(inmusic software center, mpc editor, VST plugins etc) and not just the firmware updater utility. Still then if you need just the firmware update urgently the following may be of help:--------------------------------------------------------------------
