It'd be nice to add the feature of turning the cape on/off. In both Fighter Pack trailers were shown that Raiden and Sub Zero didn't had capes and in final they have it. All gears are supposed to have to turn cape on/off in the option.

outoffire That's not how it works. Characters take months to design, render, animate, and voice. It's not like they added Black Lightning at the last minute. He was set from the beginning. And someone above me commented that NRS wanted to have him as a full character. But they probably couldn't think of a good original moveset to give him, so scrapped him to a skin, and gave him Raiden's moveset.

A premiere skin is another character entirely, like Bizarro, Vixen, or John Stewart. The Arkham Knight is literally Red Hood with a different name. If anything, Jason should get like a Vigilante skin.
