Added these to my xmas list for the family. I like to keep the options cheep but useful for them. These foams and tires both fit the bill. Thanks for the tests and recommendations

Just got a set of these to test out. It's nuts what brand name foams go for. I also going to try going to a fabrics store to look at their foam and try to make my one for pennies.

I'm using the Injora blue version. The foam is MUCH softer than the reds plus they dont fill out the tire the way I expected it would. Great video again man. Keep up the great work!

Hey I agree, I’m editing the video for the blues…….real copy of a PL 2stage aren’t they? Maybe not in compound quality but overall appearance they are spot on. I’m digging the blues over the reds so far

I think you will. I use buns in the ECX temper and one of the RGT’s with awesome results

Great info. I wonder if they are the same as foams that come with the Power Hobby tires. 👍👍👍 Do they feel any heavier then the Pro-line duals???

Much heavier in weight than the PL 2stage. The blue injora are very similar to the PL in weight and appearance but fall short of the real deal in performance a bit. The red ring on these is heavy, about 1.25oz each in the size I used

Injora only makes 2-stage foam inserts in 1.9" & left out the 1.0" & 2.2" crowd left to kick rocks. At least Proline offers them in 1.0", 1.9", & 2.2".

would you say thyre an upgrade from the stock foams that came with the hyrax knock offs by injora?

In my opinion yes they are. I like the “blues” a bit better though and they fit the hyrax knock off perfectly. I’ll be posting the video with those this evening. Both are an upgrade over the single stage injora for sure though. Another benefit of the reds is they are pretty heavy giving some nice low weight.

i just installed them in my TRX4 and I think they are moving inside the tire from outer to inner part randomly, this bothers me a bit

I feel your pain! I’ve found that these really need to be “stuffed” into the tire……slightly larger foam than tire helps. Also had success wrapping the inner red ring with a few revolutions of electrical tape then doubling it back around sticky side up, then inserting into the outer foam. Seems to hold them solid

I'm experimenting with mine after watching a crawler canyon video where he was experimenting with hair buns. I took the outer white foam out and put a hair bun around the foam rubber part instead of the soft white foam. Seems to conform really well and doesn't seem to shift because it is round. I haven't taken it out to drive it though yet. Trying this on a pair of hyrax knockoffs right now.

I glued the foam to the red inner part with shoe goo 2, movement gone.😊

I use Pro-line 1.0" & 2.2" 2-Stage Foam Inserts being Injora does not make 2-stage foam inserts for 1.0" or 2.2" rims & only 1.9" which is a shame in all honesty.

Your audio is very low, or you need to speak up.
