As a magic main def want to see a lil more love for magic. I personally find the magic damage squish boring. I like seeing big number, that’s fun to me. Seeing a bunch of small 3-6k crits is boring.

Hey, what sword should we use in eof? Long sword or dragon claw or even dagger?

im wondering tho, if most of the ''blown out of the water'' combos compared to magic is because of the 'prep' at the the war hub? if anything they should let you go into bossing with nothing more than standard pots and stuff with 100% adrenaline thats all? :P -edit- great vid btw! xD

Magic has been top dog since gconc’s release. Not surprised to see it getting less love so the other styles can get a turn in the spotlight.

That's not a good reason for Magic to be lagging behind other styles. They need to make sure all styles are competitive with one another else no one is going to use magic over the other styles.

@@Shadow_Grandmaster I agree with you. However, that’s probably not how the execs think. Keeping things disproportionate allows the devs to buff a style to make it the new “in” when combat starts to get stale. Then the noobs will buy bonds to get their hands on what is currently the best gear. If all styles were equally viable, then there would be no incentive to buy gear for other styles if you already had one style that worked. Notice how the push towards this new best style is the style that’s going to cost the most gp, or require you to farm the hardest boss in the game?

Melee is my favorite style, im happy

I want FSOA to become dual wield weapon like they proposed. Elite tectonic is currently also underpowered so I rather take cryptbloom for added convenience. It is easy to "fix" magic. Melee should hit like a truck in single target scenario because you also take a lot of more dmg than with other 3 combat styles.

Mage definitely needs to be looked at, and i do agree. This 30k damage cap is too high. It needs to be scaled back to 20k considering theres a ton of buffs thru archeology, jewelry, auras, passives and herblore. I think 20k across all styles is reasonable cause if not its too OP for pvm. Hopefully Jagex looks this over again

They need to update the Animations and graphics for the combat abilities. P.s magic needs more love.

Magic should atleast be comparable to melee and ranged with Eof spec options and maybe something that hits over 4K
