It is advisable to avoid for 3 months because 3 months are approximate for third phase of healing which is called Remodeling phase

It is the best video on Inguinal Hernia. Detailed discourse on it's operation, time to perform it's surgery [1:46], and pre-, post-medication [2:14] is also presented. Post-operation guidelines for home care is also given for the laymen (masses). *HOME CARE* [4:27]: 1) Changing dressing [4:35], first dressing after two days (between 48 to 72 hrs), unless it is soaked. 2) avoid strenuous activity [6:30] at least for 3 month for perfect healing, but normal activities can be resumed based on patients' condition. Avoid stairs totally or make it as minimal as possible. 3) do not drive for first 10 days [8:34]. After 10 days, first perform self-test by pressing car pedals and observe level of pain in your tissues. If you feel pain, avoid driving. 4) consult your doctor [10:26] time to time if you feel uncomfortable or feeling pain or other anomalies in your body. Doctor Sahab, Left inugual hernia open surgery done on dt.19.12.2022 , discharged 21.12.22. upto 23.12.22 I had been suffering extremely pain, paracetamol 650 was taken as per prescription of the Surgeon. I am a patient of Diabetic, Minor Cad, Thyroid etc. but all are under control and has been taken care with proper medicine. Now as on dt 05.01.23 internally some feeling uneasy light pain , uper surface found no pain , T- bact Ointment have been using till date. My residence is 2nd floor, still I am in my flat and did not go outside,only waking in my flat room slowly. It my question after some 18 days this internally some uneasy pain which is easily bearable myself as normal pain? How many days will be required to Stop this pain and I may feel comfort Norma. Please guide me.

Contact general surgeon for proper treatment. You will need operation after consultation.

There are some exercises to heal hernias then operate it with no mesh technique because mesh is creating some problems

Hernia repair ke sath tummy tuck wala operation ke baad jhuk kar chalna aur poori tarah se theek hona kuch hafton ya mahinon tak ka waqt le sakta hai. Har mareez ki recovery time alag hoti hai, lekin aam tor par 4 se 6 hafton tak takleef aur limited movement ho sakti hai. Theek hone ke liye, kuch ehtiyaat aur guidelines hote hain: 1. Apne doctor ki di gayi instructions ka paalan karein aur prescribed medications ko regular len. 2. Surgeon ki salah ke mutabiq diet aur physical activity maintain karein. 3. Heavy lifting aur strenuous activities se bachen, takay surgery site par pressure na aaye. 4. Jismani sakoon ke liye, jhukne aur seedha hone mein halki halki exercise shuru karein, lekin zyada force na lagayein. 5. Apni diet mein fiber-rich foods aur pani ka zyada istemal karein takay constipation jaise masail se bacha ja sake. 6. Agar koi naye symptoms ya complications aayein, toh turant doctor se rabta karein. Har mareez ki situation alag hoti hai, isliye apne doctor se apni recovery progress aur kisi bhi sawalat ya concerns ko share karein.

This could be due to many reasons like haematoma formation, oedema due to surgery or swelling due to infection. There is different management plan for each conditions. Scrotal support will be given for every condition( patient can use tight underwear if specific scrotal support is not available) along with antinflammatory and painkillers. With this, antibiotics will be given for infection and incision and drainage is carried out for haematoma or pus formation.

With time pain goes away. Contact your primary surgeon agar pain kafi arsay tak rehta hai. Iski boht sari reasons ho sakti hain jo easily manageable hoti hain.

Dr. sahab assalam walikum Answer please dijiyega - i am telling you before inguinal hernia operation situation 1) mere pass right side me testicle ka size normal thaa and left side me very small like nothing due to some reason 2) maine pahle semen test karaya thaa to report right thaa no impression :- now i am telling after inguinal hernia operation by mesh (right side) 1) hamare right side testicle ka size good thaa but mera operation bhi right side huwa hai 2) mere operation k 4 din baad hi mera night fall huwa thaa aur ab bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi 3) aaj mujko operation karaye huye 25 din ho gye hai but before 1day hamne 6-7 kg wajam lekar paidal (Walk)chaala thaa 300 meter any problem with this :- my question (i am not married) 1) after marriage can i become father 2) we have swelling now 3) sometimes coming cough normally 4) after mesh operation can walk and can i use starirs slowly slowly. Operation kay kuch din pehly say patients khana peena kam kar dety hain aur phr operation kay baad pain aur operation ki waja say khaya pia nahin jata is liay stool kuch dinnon baad a sakta hai. Khana peena normal ho ga to stool pass ho jaey ga.

Pehly bhi is point ko clarify kia hai aur kuch dinnon mein is par video bhi bnaein gy. Agar surgeon achha hai to phr koi masla nahin hota. Ap adult hain to vas deferen( sperm ko deliver karny wali naali) ko identify karna nihayat asaan hota hai. Is liay apko koi is trah ka masla nahin hona chahiay kionkeh adult mein infertility ka rate judt 0.3% hai jabkeh children mein vas deferens boht hi bareek hoti hai isliay rate 2% hai.
