Yeah, nearly every last thing felt - I'm enjoying the details like the cookie dough (golden when it comes out of the oven) and my favorite: when he chops the tree, making little cuts in the felt, then a 'chip' flies off...

@@marcyp8853 Oh, good, something to look forward next play through! The felt was just so... yeah. I don't deal with raw wool that much, but I've handled enough roving to be insanely impressed with how exact everything was... when I could focus on anything long enough. The music was delightful, but tbh, compared with the complexity of the video, the song was just the shiny wrapping paper to get me to click on the link. And no, I don't mean the thumbnail, but the title. ;) This was a lovely way to start my day - not just watching the video, but @abominablyawsm 's comment made me feel like less of a tool for noticing the video more than the song! 😂🤣

Gobsmacked! The story and song heart warming and emotional...I'm verklempt! Some of the best stop motion I have ever seen...down to their whiskers moving...and the baby chipmunk on Daddy's back!

As a craftsman who quilts, crochets, and stitches, and spins wool, I can SOOOOO appreciate this! GREAT JOB! It is just beautiful! So impressive.

This is the sweetest, most wholesome thing I've seen in a looooong time. Brings back those cozy feelings of growing up in the 80's when puppets and stop motion films were the norm. Aaaaaah thank you for this!

Watched this last year and here again this year. I never get tired of this little masterpiece, it makes me so so very happy. Thank you for this warm and happy little film. I love it.

This video is so adorable I watch it throughout the year. I love everything about it; Ingrid’s and Zooey’s fabulous voices, the incredible animation where everything appears to be made of felt but the characters blink, kiss, etc, the cookies are initially raw “dough” and later after being taken out of the oven they are browned and frosted, the flames in the fireplace, I could go on and on…watching this always takes me to a happy place. LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!!

My aunt lived and taught school in Germany when I was born in 1962. She sent a full, felt set of the Puss and Boots characters with the storybook to me. I still have some and loved them
