This is without a doubt one of my favorite films of all time. It is a glorious Swedish film by their most beloved and well-recognized auteur Ingmar Bergman. To summarize its contents would never be able to do it any justice, so I would recommend just going ahead and seeing it. It's a little long, but every minute is worth it.
