Great video Nauman, and yes you did the right thing, checking and calibrating the machine. And as we could see in the video you checked for straight cuts, and measurements were way out on both sides of adjustment plate. These machines no matter what make or model, they still need to be checked and some times calibrated. I have the latest Dewalt cut off saw, and had to adjust mine because my straight cuts, plus 45 cuts were not accurate. Now every pipe or flat and angle steel i cut are perfect. Keep up the videos my friend, and stay safe👍

Thank you very much, Please, can this cut of saw cut 100mm x 50mm rectangular tube in 45 degree angle if we put the tube so the base is the 50mm side and the height of the tube is 100mm, it is like putting two of 50x50mm tubes on top of each other and cut them in 45 degree angle.

I think sanding with cutting disk is extremely dangerous.

The gap on top comes because you sand the pipe manually after cutting it.

How much does it cost ?

It takes too much time to cut.
