At about 24:30, you started flying over my hometown. At 25:00, that big field is the Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY. I loved planespotting from my front steps when I was a kid. I only once saw the view from the other way. It was very cool to be able to pause the video and look for landmarks from where I came from. (Many people may have been getting a great view of NYC from the other side of the plane, but for me, this view was really awesome.) Thanks for that!!

Glad you enjoyed it! I was a bit disappointed when I realised I wouldn't bee seeing the NY skyline but this approach was just as great!

The reason the lineup is longer these days in because of the new military checkpoint added after we had the attack on the entrance

Nice flight report. I have flown with Brussels airlines more than few times, short flights to Europeon cities. But this time, I booked my flight tickets to Mumbai with Brussels airlines. It is the same aircraft . It is almost 8 hours journey non stop. I am just apprehensive about the leg room, between seats ( in economy). I wonder how your experiance was, service, Food, leg room etc.

Maybe it's too late, but I'm very small so I always have enough legroom in airplanes ;) Service on SNflights is always just outstanding!!

I like the writing. I like to know what you think of it... I never flew Brusses Airlines (and I'm a Belgian) to the US. (and I fly to the US since I was 10, know I'm turning 25 in July) I flew with American Airlines, continental airlines (back in the day), united airlines, jet airways (didn't like their food at all) and Delta. All of them except for jet airways, I've been on for several times.. My favorite is Delta. They're always kind, you get amenity kits when your flying ecomomy comfort +... And if you're thirsty, you can always go to the gally and get some water. That's what I do... Like to see more of your flightreports. thinking of making my own... flying this summer to SLC with Delta! What do you use for editing? greetings

Hi! Thanks for replying! I flew Jet Airways two years ago to Newark, when they still flew from BRU. I remembered being thirsty all the flight, so this time I chose to by a big bottle of water at the airport, just in case; after all, I didn't need it with Brussels Airlines. I'd really like to try out Delta and AA, and UA as well. I hope to upload more, I'm turning 18 this year and I would like to travel to the west coast (and if so, I will film it for sure). I've a lot of flights coming up in the meantime, but they're all to Europe and I don't enjoy filming this kind of short flights :)

if you were on the right side of the plane i think you could have seen the military portion of the airport on takeoff with some C130's

I just think that its not necessary always to describe to the viewer what the viewer can already see on his screen. The writing impacts on the viewing enjoyment. That's my view anyway.Its called constructive criticism and that's a positive thing.
