the WEF is a group of puppets controlled by the banks. The governments are puppets controlled by the puppets at the wef what do you find at the end of the strings of a puppet? another puppet what will you prosecute, a sock? canada was too stupid to elect someone of credibility, canada voted for a name they heard before and equated that with greatness. the legal weed was a bonus

I wish it was that simple. The reality is that the lion's share of the blame rests with the citizenry. Most people who vote barely understand the systems that govern their lives - let alone the effects the wider geopolitical situation may have on them. Moreover, the average voter simply isn't willing to endure short-term pain for long-term gain - so even if they did grasp their political, social, or economic circumstances, it's doubtful they'd have the fortitude to make the necessary investments and sacrifices to ensure later prosperity. You know why most politicians don't just "do the right thing"? It's not just because they're ignorant or malicious (though many undoubtedly are) - it's because doing so is career ending. Sure, you might be able to scratch out one electoral victory, but the short-term fallout of course corrective policies would ensure you'd never get in office again.

What I did buy in groceries cost me much more than last month. $38 for hamburger. I can’t even pay for the glasses I need to protect my eyes. Severe dry eye and UV allergy. 583 dollars is what I have to try to come up with and that’s after what little insurance will cover. There’s also the costs of medications I need for my eyes and other medical needs that I’m picking and choosing from. Like many others, I’m falling.

I was just going to say this same thing. If we are a sovereign nation, we should be able to create NO INTEREST money. It's interest that's killing us. Bankers steal all the growth out of this country. And interest is why you need perpetual growth since when the money is "created" the interest is not.

intentional, remember central banks aka (BOC in this case) their ONLY real mandate is to inflate and keep this Debt cycle churning. But when they are successful they do it in a way where people don't notice over a long period of time. Who really runs the country? Central Banks. How to stop this madness? Stop issuing 1 SINGLE LOONIE. and the whole system comes down.

The most absurd part is that he is clearly in bed with corporations while spiting his nonsense. Notice how they say nil about the fact that they don’t enforce anti competition laws that would provide Canadians with competition so they can’t gouge us, but no, let’s just keep the oligopolies that we got and then complain about corporate greed when he is lock step with a government that allows it.

When I compare how my parents lived to how we live now it is easy to see that we have created a complicated life which in itself drains away time and energy and a great deal of money. Take our phones. Almost everyone has a cell phone which is a wonderful convenience that is also very expensive compared to the one phone per household. Think of how much time we spend in those phones. It doesn't take a financial wizard to add up the time and money that goes into that one electronic device. Multiple that across your life and it's easy to see where a lot of our $$$$ goes to. The point is we can control our behaviour far more readily than macroeconomics and if we want to get into the habit of fiscal responsibility then that's a place to start.

Expansion of the monetary supply (A.K.A. The race to debase) has been happening since 2009.
