Texas is completely unaffordable. Five years ago, it was normal, but those fleeing blue states contributed to home inflation. Can't blame them for leaving Marxist Democrat states, but demand killed affordability. What's next? Texas, like ither states will lose jobs due to national debt problems and woke liberals putting a stake in the heart of oil production. . And, Texas will become cheap again due to a national depression. No state can escape Bidenomics and over regulation by insane environmentalists unless that state secedes. I hope Texas secedes soon. Other bordering states like Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma should become part of Texas. Wasington DC must be dissolved. We do not need a national capitol.
