I resonated so much with this conversation and experiece! But the thing that stuck the most with me is that you need permission to be happy again. SO true! You feel like your happiness depends on the people to encourage you and permit you and you seek for that. Grief comes narural, but happiness is burdened with guilt and may be it shouldn’t be, it is inborn right.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY IMITATION GIMMICKS. Why should the Government allow the Housing Market to freeze, and permit homeowners -- who have been burdened with all the property taxes, all the insurance costs and all the maintenance expenses -- to be Soaked with another trick by the Financiers? The Government controls the Money Supply. The Government backstops all the mistakes by the Financialistas, and secures their fortunes with the Full Faith & Credit of the Sovereign. What prevents the Government from opening up a checking/savings account for each citizen, and providing everyone with a No-Interest loan to secure a homeowner who has some equity in his/her castle, in order to avoid a collapse in the Housing Market, and avoid another rip-off? The financial "Middlemen" can work for the Government and keep their jobs, before they get laid-off during the upcoming restructuring of the banking industry. All the cute little banks that are about to go bye-bye can be relabeled with an impressive Treasury Department sign, and instead of working bankers-hours, the employees can work government-hours instead, without anyone knowing the difference. Ask the Wizard: give 'em a diploma, if necessary: kzread.info/dash/bejne/na1rpq98eLSwirw.htmlsi=ysW8KmQqeZPLB5iJ

I once worked for a jewish guy who every morning would tell you which credit cards to pay out of the 32 credit cards he juggled. His business was a bazaar or thrift store where vendors bought space in his big warehouse. Classic stereotype of how jews you other people’s money to do business. I guarantee he didn’t pay his employees on time. LOL. True story. Stamford CT

This is common society knowledge. In childhood girls are taught be more modest and consider others. Not be be boastful. Men are taught to boast and add more when discussing themselves. Men are not taught to take a backseat to others. They have to do whatever it takes to get what they want.

In ⌛1979 ⏳I had a terribly vivid dream of skyscrapers falling in N.Yk. Then over the years I had dreams of standing at the base of the Statue of Liberty looking over to Manhatton, but I was climbing up and down large rocks and boulders around the base of the statue. Now I understand those dreams. I refused to never step foot into N.Yk because of those dreams. RIP to all the ♥souls♥ that died. Absolutely tragic and horrific. Was and still has, an effect on my life too.

From an employee standpoint people analytics is pain the a@@, honestly, you waste time of your day to fill in what you did, when you did it etc. Most often you have to do it after working hours - for free may I add. Of course from employer side they matter, you want to know what you employees are doing in the time that you pay them for, but! let`s be human, if employer wants to corner the employee, so he can`t even go to toilet without putting this down on paper, because this is where most firms wants you to put down as well, then this is just ridiculous and I find it equal to harassment or mobbing. There is a very fine line between ethics in people analytics and this needs to be addressed too.

I predict a housing crash due to people buying homes over asking price, lacking equity if prices decline further. Foreclosure becomes likely if they can't afford the house, and selling won't yield profits. With anticipated layoffs and rising living costs, many individuals may face this situation.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad as it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too.

We have not solved inflation, look at the government numbers that were released, they come up with an overall number 2% and then release all the category numbers where every one of them does not even come close to 2%. Tell me how do you get an average of 2% using numbers that are all above 2%? Answer: you can't, this is elementary school math and Wharton should be embarrassed to have this lady on their staff.

I don't have kids because I don't have sex. I long ago came to the conclusion that the standard issue always DTF male sex drive is a liability that serves to make a man manipulatable and predictable. And as a true misogynist, I have no use for or desire to indulge in such a weakness of the flesh and mind.

Groundbreaking research, Stew. Millions of us have never wanted children, all generations. We're perfectly happy without them and want a strong relationship. The two are not mutually exclusive. Often--People aren't truthful in surveys--many simply don't relish the prospect of raising children. It's not cool to admit this, especially for women.
