INFJs just do THIS to increase your PRODUCTIVITY

"Get out of my dreams... get into my car", sings Billy Ocean.
It's something that INFJs have to do to be productive. Not get into his car, but we need to get out of our dreams and into this world. How do we do this?
This video talks about a way to get us INFJs productive.
Your INFJ,
Tinh Thai ^_^

As an INFJ-A with ADD and anxiety, I find it helpful to keep a physical planner. Keeping a planner and tracking my progress towards goals in a journal with pen and paper helps me stay mindful, clear headed, and present. Some other things that also help me are meditation; physical and practical hobbies; and preparing for the next day the night before.

Your example of a bad day has been my template for most of my life. I use caffein and adderall to get grounded. As an example, I once procrastinated attending an economics course at UCLA for the entire semester. I buckled down during finals week and studied for over 50 hours straight after taking 18 100-mg no-doz (equivalent of 13 energy drinks). I aced the exam (100%) and pulled a B- in the course. That’s been the story of my life, lol!

Hi jorgeharmstrong and welcome! Thank you for sharing your experience. It's incredible what can be done when there's intense focus. Glad to know you came through all that caffeine in a good way. I hear some other people are not so fortunate. Stay well!

you're preaching to the choir! its the cycle of unproductivity. I've found that when the to do list accumulates it's, do what NEEDS to be done and anything that isn;t essential doesn't get done, especially it if's something that I really wanted to do. It's a way of punishing myself. I then use that feeling to drive me to not procrastinate next time.

You've pointed out the importance of understanding what's important (prioritising) and being aware of things slipping. Then using that feeling as motivation to move forward. Thank you for sharing how you keep going.

Focus in the present , a state of pure consciousness when the mind is quiet , stillness , resting in the space between two thoughts . The past is ancient history , the future is unknown and beyond our control. The , " flow state ",.is a high state of awareness where the ego type thoughts are nonexistent , and your subconscious or intuition is making your decisions , not the mind , but the spirit. Whatever you are performing becomes a dance ! I use , "meditation mindfulness ", while practicing pocket billiards, .. a form of yoga / meditation. Focus on the rhythm of breath , empty your mind , see events with ,"non judgemental awareness " , making , "no thought ,".. whether the outcome was favorable , neutral , or unfavorable , reduce negative opinions which are merely distractions to a calm , peaceful and quiet state of mind. Less thoughts will result in a hyper state of consciousness or awareness , resulting in optimal focus to the task at hand. Focus of your attention on your perceived intention. Krishamuurti , a reknowned lndian Guru / Philosopher ,.....explains the operation of the mind, thought processes , and the Observer of your thoughts. Bruce Lee was deeply influenced by Master K's teachings. Master K was a Master Psychologist and deep , deep thinker about how to see yourself and life from a different , higher dimension , through the eyes of your higher ,.... authentic self. In pocket billiards we called the , " flow state ", as being in , " dead stroke ", the player is performing at a high , peak level , in full control, the mind , body ,, soul are in perfect harmony, the player feels at one with the Universe and feels like a reflection of the game being played at it's highest level. with joy and escasty filling up one's spirit . You feel you are in full control, of yourself and the game , while performing at a peak level with total confidence in oneself , and performing near perfection . You just KNOW !!......You just know !....NEVER A DOUBT !.....crosses your mind !
