INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today we're talking about why so many INFJ's - maybe you too - feel like something is missing in your life and why you can't be happy. Of course, this is something that happens to other personality types as well, but we are very much aware of it.
It's something that comes up in our minds over and over again. We question it, we ask ourselves and it's really hard for us to accept the fact that our life sucks and the truth is, you don't have to accept it.
Trust me. You have to change your perspective a little bit, but there is a reason why so many INFJ's feel this way. There's a great way we can approach this and change the narrative so you can feel happy and fulfilled.

    the best thing to do is to start with gratitude for what you DO have. It's about small upgrades that don't overwhelm you. It doesn't have to start with expensive courses. And if you like to buy them then set up a plan on how you are going to make that money. Get a job that is going to improve your life just one step at a time. Start with your living situation, make plans and take it step by step. The point is not to wait but to get active even if you think the step is too small...no step is to small and with every new step you will have more energy for the next one.

    Jackie Kittie - Thank you fellow Canadian. I am not looking at adversity as a bad thing. I know it has made me a strong, independent individual. Poverty does limit one's choices though, in every way. 🤷‍♀️ That's life. It can only get better. 😊 Thanks!

    Wenzes - Yes, thank you. In any event, in your situation, you obviously had the money and freedom to change careers and still managed to pay your bills, which is fabulous. That's freedom! My point was that not everyone has that freedom, no matter what the reason is. Small things I can do and will. Thank you for your advice and videos 💕

    Everyday, at the start I am down and blue. Its like feeling like an old lokomotiv, screeching and barely moving at first. Until I have a focus, or reading/ studying something, thats the only time I get into the zone, or flow if you like. Be well, SL

    There is NO off switch button for the INFJ-T. Anxiety is what makes us different from others, we actually use our anxiety to create new opportunities.

    I am always concerned that my life is boring, or that I am boring. That there is always something stopping me from being me. I imagine what life could be so much, but it's so difficult to make things happen when you have anxiety and you're a perfectionist. But you're right, we must make things visible and stop just thinking about making it happen, and just do it. Even if it's scary or not perfect (because it will never be). Just jump and see what happens, see if it makes you happy, and just live in that even if it's a little uncertain. Thank you for this, and for reminding me to just make my visions into something real, I really needed this

    not sure about my type but I guess you have hit the target by stating that a lot of us are too deeply immersed in our own thoughts trying to analyze the idea over and over until it has reached that level of perfection only to be hit by the reality that not everything you envision will exactly turn out that way every time. Have been meaning starting to start my small business but been stuck in this constant loop of overthinking, over analyzing, that nothing seems perfect to me to the level that I feel happy about it, however others appreciate the end result but to me it is mostly like oh it didn't turn out the way i wanted it to be. sometimes people I guess get too blinded by idealism and perfectionism that they lose touch with the reality

    Wenzes, from your perspective and knowledge... You think it is possible change from a personality to another? Like past from being an INFJ to be an ENFJ, for example. I hope you can answer this question!

  • @Wenzes

    @Wenzes

    3 жыл бұрын

    MBTI is a tool box for me nothing else. The way I interpret is that we can lean more into FE and therefore resemble more of an ENFJ but that we always stay an INFJ. Or we have always been an ENFJ and have leaned heavily into our introverted functions. What we have learned once we cannot unlearn. So if you NI is really strong - if you lean into FE - it still isn't going to erase your NI. The best way to distinguish is always through the weaker functions/blindspots. What is weaker for you? SI or TE? If it is SI - that is ENJF, if it is TE, that's INFJ

    Wenzes thanks for your reply. I don’t know anything about filming. I’m just a viewer who’s watch lots of KZread. yours are the only videos I’ve seen that have intentionally been spliced every few seconds, and it’s every video. I’d imagine there’s some sort of marketing strategy behind it since it’s so constant. This is honest feedback and isn’t intended to criticize. I do not watch your videos for this reason but the content is excellent.
