Hydatid Cyst by Echinococcus Granulosus or Dog tapeworm. Workup by a USG/CECT abdomen and grade the cyst according to its state, whether live or dead,etc. classical finding is the water lily sign. Rx- Medical- Albendazole, Intervention - PAIR therapy with scolicidal agents such as Ethanol,Cetrimide,etc. Other surgeries- cystectomy, hepatectomy.
