Inexpensive dinner from my grandma! So delicious that she cooks it 3 times a week.
Tasty and juicy meat that melts in the mouth paired with crunchy potatoes in a garlic sauce, this is a dish my grandmother loves to cook. The whole family loves this meat and potato recipe. Fragrant pork chops and crispy potatoes, what could be tastier? An easy meatloaf recipe that my family loved. Now I will cook such meat very often. Try it too. Cook with love!
Ingredients:
2 pork chops (950g)
salt
1 tsp pepper mixture
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp paprika
2 onions
Mash onions well to release juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
You can substitute with 6% vinegar (balsamic is best)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
Stir well and let marinate for 30-60 minutes (or overnight).
3 medium potatoes
Cut into 8 pieces
Cover with cold water and leave for 30 minutes
Heat a frying pan with olive oil
Remove onion
Fry over high heat until golden brown
Grease a casserole dish with oil
Lay out the onion
Bake at 180°C until the meat is done
Until the internal temperature reaches 65-70°C or until the juice from the prick runs clear
After 30 minutes, wash the potatoes
Boil them in lightly salted water for 5-7 minutes until half cooked
Let the potatoes dry for a while
I baked the meat for 20 minutes, the cooking time depends on the size of the piece of meat
Cover with foil until the potatoes are cooked
30g flour
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
Salt to taste
80ml of water
Stir well to coat the potatoes
Heat the frying oil well
Fry for about 7 minutes, turning several times
2 tablespoons coriander
3 cloves of garlic
15 grams of butter
Add garlic and fry for about 60 seconds
Turn off heat, add 1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tbsp coriander
Enjoy your meal!
