Cool to see inline growing in your area. For some reason that sport has really died out here in CO. It used to be very popular, not sure what happened

Thanks for watching Steve! I actually had the opportunity to play at the Bladium in Denver, CO probably 20 years ago. I guess they swapped out the sportcourt for indoor soccer turf?

@@brewerjason Yep exactly. Bladium is now entirely an indoor soccer facility. Has been for a few years now I believe

@@Steve-bi4ej Ugh. That's a bummer. I just remember being so intimidated playing there! My dad has a picture of me taking a faceoff while he was having a beer at the upstairs restaurant. hahah

@@brewerjason haha yeah they had super cool setup when they still had the hockey there. The overhang bar that allowed you to watch games on either rink was the best part. They used to have some major tournaments there with lots of good teams

I know this a few years old but a group in my league is trying to get a new facility and I would love to pic your brain and get sum info on how you guys got everything in place

Hey Gregory. Just puck for right now. I think there's a ball/dek hockey league in downtown Indy. They play on a rooftop down there.

What's the difference between sport court and the surface that you're covering?

Thank you for the comment! I think sport court is just the brand name. They're all rubber waffle-like tiles that interconnect.

serious question, why not just roller skate on the concrete?

Thanks for the comment! We did that for a few years. It's polished concrete which makes it slippery for people without really grippy wheels. The sportcourt has given us a much more consistent feel throughout the rink.
