A small QOL mod called Create: Extended Flywheels will allow the flywheels to spin when trains are moving. It also adds a bunch of color variations.

I LOVE watching ppl play modded (mods within reason ofc) and aside from scar I usually dont watch Tango, Bdubs or Keralis but I devour every ep from this entire series from all of them. Create ain my thing but their happyness and curiosity are so contaigus and their reactions when they find out something new is like watching a childs glow when they discover the world ^w^

I think it's likely this series doesn't last that long. At best they'll have a season 2 restart with more people sometime around Fall 2023, I'm guessing. But historically on KZread, modded MC SMPs only last as long as the main SMP season lasts. Especially because Keralis lives in Sweden so the entire month of July is traditionally a vacation there. Meaning there'll only be 4 people for that month, and all 4 of them will also be wanting to take some time off to take advantage of Summer, too. Likely, this SMP dies in late Spring, and possibly picks up again in Fall with more people and a second season. (Assuming this season remains sufficiently popular for the rest of the year).

@@glowerworm this season is the second season. the first season only had tango and zed, and it ended pretty quickly with only about six episodes, kinda like how you said, but im 90% sure this season will last for a while just based off of how much fun theyre having and tango said hes really hoping it keeps going and i hope it does too. i dont know what it is, but these episodes are so damn addicting. sometimes i end up watching them two or three times in a day.

The idea of bdubs and Jellie having a Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny relationship fits so well in my head. Jellie swoops in and takes all the attention away from bdubs who was the top dog for years and years 😂

His style is very engaging, but it's not right for every brand. It works because he's defying the conventional rules of advertising, and audience feels complicit in his shenanigans because we know him already before the advert runs.

I can't wait for the series to end by everyone fighting to the death on top of Thomas the tank engine style trains. But with their own faces on them instead.

The monorail is gorgeous, the train integration is a really clever idea can't wait to see that working. By the way remember to set frequencies for the redstone links or it might get messy with interferences breaking stuff

I love this monorail design, I usually just build a Bogey on top and build the actual monorail on the bottom. This one’s like, an ACTUAL monorail.

You should have the monorail wait a few seconds before leaving so it doesn't look as janky when it resumes

One of my favorite things about this series is that the guys are having so much fun, there's no reason to sell things for diamonds. The fun they're having is the most valuable resource on this server.

from when you were struggling to show off the different chipped work stations bc of how small they were, I suggest downloading the mod Item Zoom! it's a client side mod that adds one simple thing, when you hover over an item in the JEI side bar, it shows a zoomed in version of it in the left side. it's esp nice to use when u wanna see one of the chipped blocks up close :] happy building b bubs

Personally I'd recommend using minecart rails and a minecart assembler for the monorail, you can still build it to be hanging below the track, and this would, in combination with controller rails, allow you to turn the train and have it go around the town on a set schedule.

You can't make that an articulated train. It would look clunky as hell going around corners. You could use a "real" train setup for the monoral, but it would look weird with the rails and bogeys at the top

i have never really been a fan of modded series but I gotta say this series is so entertaining and cool, can't wait to watch the next episode

Chipped is a fantastic mod. I love the Shroomlight retextures it adds!

All the stuff in these mods take Minecraft to the next level. Particularly, the worktables in chipped are amazing decorative tables. The botanist's table caught my eye and whew

Can't wait for any of the guys to put Bdubs' face on a train like some cursed Thomas the Tank Engine character, roaming around the industrial city.

If the hermits played the Lord of the Rings mod, I am almost certain Bdubs would choose to ally with Rohan. They have the best horses in the game.

I am so glad this crew has taken the dive into modded minecraft, between the technical and decorative mods, there is so much potential for the talent pool and range. Glad you have joined the Expanded side of Minecraft! ( we have cookies, like, lots and lots of cookies )

Thanks for the heads-up about Chipped, never heard of it before! Too bad it isn't out yet for 1.19.x, but it probably will be soon enough.

That Monorail is looking incredible, Create is such a cool mod, if Mojang likes to sometimes Vanillafy mods sometimes like Pistons and stuff then maybe there's hope to one day have Trains I mean there's Minecarts and tracks so it's not the craziest idea.

I've been watching all the videos you guys have been putting out and I didn't realise how much I needed to see this mod in a multiplayer server, it scratches that steampunk-y itch so much 😁😁

Watching some of the most creative MC YTers play this mod is absolutely fantastic. Imagine having the whole hermit craft doing this… just imagine the world they would create. How much movement and beauty and imagination would be in it. I honestly think it would take the HC to another level. Just as a one off season. I really think it would allow the hermits creativity to flow and inspire them for more seasons to come.

Glad bdubs added the mod! With his current era of focus on value and color it'll be cool to see what he can do uninhibited by limited block textures and far more creative opportunities.

Idea for the monorail: What if you detected the monorail a certain distance before/after a station which would send a signal to change it's speed? Then you could have it slow down as it comes in to the station, and speed up after it has left by a certain distance

Due to lag from animations, it may be better to have the monorails move only when a train is waiting, and then return immediately after

dont forget you can make a placeable blueprint with barrel saved as the crafted item and then just click to get them made! or also use the automated crafters to just make tons while you do other stuff!

It might look slightly worse, but how about changing the monorail from a gantry contraption to a minecart contraption? You would have a rail line running where the gantry shaft currently is, supported by trapdoors or similar. That way you could have the monorail turn corners (smoothly too if you use carriage contraptions across 2 minecarts each), change elevation, go slower in some places and faster in others...

love ur stuff bdubbs! been watching u since i was a kid (approaching 26 soon...) and soooooooooo freakin stoked u still love minecraft :3

suggestion: if you want to add chipped mod to your world make sure you aren't the type of person that spends hours in creative looking for the perfect block in a build, because is you are then you will spend over 24 hours a day trying every singe block in this mod. Then you may be like 500 years old before you actually build your build.

You should make a small personal base at the industrial zone, that is connected to your current one via monorail. Could even be the same one, with a button on the Remote turning a section of the rail, so it moves you in another direction! You could power an elevator via shaft power transmited through the gantry shaft, and make a tower with elevator. Never horse to there again!

Instead of using gantry carriages you could use minecart contrapions so the monorail can turn around corners. You could even use couplers (I think that's what they're called) to make the segments less static.
