the rendering part has always been my biggest issue. I always love it when a tutorial adds the rendering part.
Your tutorials are really comfortable for Cinema 4D beginners to understand or build basic knowledge. Thank you very much for posting these tutorial videos. From South Korea.
Thank you! That's big help
Thx so much, you doing great stuff, a lots of your video helped my design team reach perfect goals in c4d, appreciate that. Keep going. Outstanding.

Amazing 👏 🎉
Great!
Hey there! I’m so thankful for your tutorials, they help me a lot during studying in uni. That would be also nice if u make a tutorial on how to model something highly ergonomically ( like futuristic gloves, face masks etc.)
Thank you!
Thanks for this tutorial! 😊

Love your videos. I always learn something new from it. Some time ago I found this plugin Vonc Suits that alows you to change your selection like you want. For example every second polygone or edge could be selected and so on.

Thanks, I will check that out.
Thank you for your inspiring and fantastic tutorial :) (2:17) After selecting the first two edges, you can use pattern selection tool in the desired direction

Thanks but that tool is not working with the edges unfortunately.

I'm sorry, I thought it could be used with edges, I hope Maxon will update this tool soon. @@polygonpen
nice
Super! Please share car modeling or jacuzzi modeling

Your tutorials should put into the assets of C4D, Masterpiece !

Quick question! My c4d doesn't show up the "patch" option in Close Polygon Hole, it has: N-gon, tris, quads and grid. Plus I can´t rotate the grid neither. Is it because of my c4d version or something? Maybe some weird config? I´m on c4d 2023.0.0
What kind of video card you use? What render you like more, redshift or octane? As always very nice tutorial. Thanks

Thank you, I have RTX 3090, I like them both, both feel similar.
You can also use ring select

I don't have these but every render engine is quite the same nowadays, you can apply the same workflow on them.
is it possible to use texture mode like you did with Poly products text at the end with octane?

Yeah, sure!

Material stacking may not work with Octane Materials though.

@@polygonpen material stacking works i just couldn't get the texture mode to work i had to use the old way of adjusting the uv transform
You need more video cards)

3090 is still quite good for stills for me.
Is there a way to hit the Q shortcut to disable the "Subdivision Surface" and not the "Symmetry"?

Unfortunately no, that is something really annoying.

Here's what the support said: "This issue is confirmed as a bug currently. In former versions the symmetry object was skipped by this command as parent, but that's not the case at time. Our developer is aware of the bug and will need to find a fix."
I love your tutorial style Can i steal your content idea for blender 3d?

Good tip is to follow real life rules. There's no such thing as 20% metallic or 30% reflective (specular) it's either 0% or 100% of these properties. Yes you can cheat in 3D but you won't get photorealistic renders

Doesn't matter as long as it looks good.
its so sad everyone went RS. Octane is the better faster engine. People just got played by Maxon and GSG
@polygonpen

I don't think one is better than the other, I will use Octane in the upcoming tutorials, Redshift is just easier to reach for C4D users but I love and use them both.
@jestzawszespoko

For a long time octane was buggy that’s why people jumped to rs and Maxon just bought it out at the right time
It took me a few seconds to realize that this was not a blender!😂
