Simply the sounds of water , oars and nature , coupled with Spectacular scenery - seems every detail of the scenery and lighting was carefully planned - and the finish - with the sky reflecting off the water surface - super video...makes my morning Indoor Rowing exercise a Treat...my appreciation to you Jenny Lind...

Here's a small tip for interval training..Focus on DISTANCE for slower cadence & focus on the bottom edge for faster cadence!

I've been using various row-along videos but found that I wanted to row at my own pace which is a little faster than the majority of videos. By using this type of video, I have the visuals and can choose my own motivational music for accompaniment.

It’s a particularly stunning journey
If I was actually rowing the scenery would be going away from me not towards me. Play the scene backwards and it would be a great row along.

I wonder if youtube has ability to play the video backwards...
How is this rowing? It's going in the complete wrong direction.
Thèse vidéos arme moving in wrong direction as rowing Gomes backwards!
No music would be 100% better, it's distracting & not relaxing.
