Why, what's wrong with the warmup? It's just a warmup for both horse and rider

My god, the way this is done feels more like your preforming an show act, rather than a test of skill, with the music and stuff too XD How interesting to see.

That is a great deal of distraction and I often wonder what that does for a horses' view. Your camera would get a bit fuzzy and pardon me that is not the correct word. Absolutely great job and congratulations to you and your horse.

THis is another equine sport along with dressage, eventing and western show horse tactics that can totally physically and mentally destroy a horse and leave them in pain for the rest of their lives. THen they are trashed when they no longer can perform or are bred so they can do the same thing all over again. THe jumps are way too high and all it does is prop up the rider and owner and how much money they have . Makes me sick. There are some that really care about the welfare of their horses but alot of them care more about the prize money and prestige. I have had horses for over 42 years and have seen all of this BS in real life. I have seen competitions that are just for fun where some riders abuse the horse just to win. I have had rescue horses that were totally destroyed by this type of thinking and never get over it. I pray for these animals that dont have a choice.
