No way, If so, there is still a lot of persecution, church burnings and bullying of other religions here, imprisoned priests, as long as the minority is silent we are safe.

@@Truth_-gd1dc"Done by Indonesian" ≠ "Allowed/taught by Indonesia". Everywhere there's gonna be rulebreakers and that doesn't mean their people's are also rulebreakers.
One story i heard from veteran during the post proclamation war against the dutch, when he and his friends were in doubt about victory he just said "i prayed to my god and you prayed to your god, there is no way both of our prayers didnt get answered" And that encapsulates the indonesia spirit and motto "bhineka tunggal ika" Or unity in diversity. We may have different race, culture or religion but ultimately we are one big family with one same purpose, the prosperity of indonesia
I proud to be indonesian moslem..even we are live with diferrences..like language..culture...and ofcourse any relligiom ..but we can live together..
in 1960 Indonesia has around 65% muslim, now muslim is around 87% 17,000 small islands, and 5 big islands 274 milion people

It's a great podcast
Thank you for talking and learning about my country Indonesia. I half expected you would be talking about Muhammadiyah as well when you brought up the Japanese scholar. Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah are the pillars of Indonesia.

Don’t worry about Muslims Robert :) we’re the most successful nation of God in human history. “Let those without sin cast the first stone”. Thanks for watching :)
Alhamdulillah, the Indonesian State has implemented the Al-Qur'an in its daily life on Pancasila which is used as the basic of the State as found in the Al-Qur'an, Surah Al Hujurat verse 13, Like other verses of the Koran, Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 contains lessons for all Muslims. This lesson can even be applied to all people who are not Muslim. The following is the reading of Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَٰكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَىٰ و َجَعَلْنَٰكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَآئِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ أَكْر َمَكُمْ عِندَ ٱللَّهَ Latin Arabic: Yā ayyuhan-nāsu innā khalaqnākum min żakariw wa unṡā wa ja'alnākum syu'ụbaw wa qabā`ila lita'ārafụ, inna akramakum 'indallāhi atqākum, innallāha 'alīmun khabīr Meaning: "O mankind, indeed We created you from a man and a woman and made you into nations and tribes so that you may know each other. Indeed, the noblest person among you in the sight of Allah is the one who is most piety among you. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, All-Knowing."
🎉
Insya Allah... Insya Allah... Never it be our intention to be anything especially example in the Islamic world, we just trying our best to co-exist with everyone inside a big archipelagic country with the common agreement to walk inside the corridor of religion or in the most minimum is to live in the conciousness in the existence of God... People that have the conciousness of the existence of God will try their best to live their life in the favour of God and will minimize the negative effect of globalism and westernization.
Artinya apa bang messi

The only city in Indonesia that is most tolerant and respects religious differences, terrorists tried to destroy it by bombing it, but it didn't work, Indonesian should be proud of Bali ♥️♥️

Pancasila is somehow adopted from the Madinah Charter. And a lot of Indonesian values already in line with Islamic values so Indonesians regarding the ethnicities, easily to accept Islam
You are not very accurate, we don't recognise shiism lol we very much sunni

Well we recognize all Muslim denomination including Shia and Ahmadiyya. There's no structural discirimination, but there definitely social discrimination from the society just search "Syiah di Indonesia"
