Hello, you can find the pricing information in here: www.classin.com/en/pricing.html Freemium users can have a lesson for up to 40 minutes the longest. The paid version users can have a lesson as long as they want, and the credits will be deducted as you use.

Do you know how the money on your account balance works? I recently upgraded to classin Pro, and it says I have 178RMB balance, but I'm not sure what that's used for. Is that per class I teach or per student? How much is it each?

It's deducted for each class (each hour and for each students in the class).

Is there a way to link Classin to Calendly or similar, give the students the link so that they can enter the same classroom at different times. Say I have a class at 18:00. I enter and wait for the student to show up. I finish the class and enter the same classroom and wait for another student to come?

Hi, Ian. You can add several lessons in the same classroom, but you cannot differentiate students in one classroom. If you add a lesson, every student in the classroom will get notification.

Freemium version can only have 3 students at a time in a course.

Yes. If it is an one-on-one class, we recommend you to set up a different classroom for each student.

Hi! Most probably you’re trying to use Temp Classroom and it’s limited to 25 min, please try to set up an online class the same way as I’ve shown it in this video and you would be able to extend it up to 40 min!

How do I delete classes and courses from the home screen?

Normally, school administrators have permissions to delete classes and courses from our back-end system. You can delete the classes on the ClassIn App by right clicking on the course and clicking on the "Delete Chat". Thank you.
