    You’re my absolute favorite channel when it comes to TRUE HEALTH! Gems like you are so hard to find and I can’t thank you enough for everything you do! A few years ago I was diagnosed with depression, Bipolar, and OCD and after a year they had me on 6 different medications and it RUINED my life and my kid’s lives bc they needed me the most. That’s 6yrs my kids and I will never get back and I’ll never forget it. I gained over 100lbs during that time but with the grace of God I stopped 5 out of the 6 meds 3months ago and I’ve lost 60lbs since. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, for not only myself but for my family. I’m now seeing a holistic doctor and a chiropractor for my issues and I couldn’t be happier. Tomorrow is day 1 of my next journey to stop the last medication and start my all natural detox. God Bless REAL DOCTORS like YOU!!!

    I'm hypothyroid, and I ended up with no stomach acid at all. Had to take like half a bottle of Betaine with a meal to try to digest it. I tried going carnivore, whole foods, zero carb for over a year, didn't fix it. I was eating red meat every day and liver 4 times a week, but after a year I was still dangerously anemic, my Hb and ferritin were both in the toilet. I just wasn't taking the nutrients out of the food. The only thing that worked was T3 and T4 medication.

I have gerd issues but that is normal from a while and i also think i have sinus because i usually have running nose when i get up and a kind of irritation in nose. At work I have to talk to many people and it kills my confidence when they rub their nose. I just forget what i was talking about and it is creating problems for me. I brush my teeth twice a day. Eat chewing gums entire day and keep my mouth hydrated by drinking water yet this shit isn't going away. until I meant Dr Emovon on KZread. if you are taking calcium supplements (eg Tums) and yet calcium levels are low in your blood, I wonder if perhaps there is a problem in absorption in the intestines. Perhaps this can happen if there is damage to the gut wall in the intestines (eg from inflammation or dysbiosis), nutrients can't be absorbed well through the gut wall so there is malabsorption. (Do you have any digestive symptoms like bloating / gas / strange stools / gut pain?) If this is the case, gut repair (eg glutamine, butyric acid etc) may help improve absorption.

  • @Nimbleful

    @Nimbleful

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@pabloblanco2656 yeah, it sounds like the malabsorption is caused by the gut inflammation. The next steps are: 1.) Reduce gut inflammation & repair the gut 2.) Get to the bottom of what's causing the inflammation so that the root cause is managed and the inflammation stops. I recommend looking for a "Functional Medicine" practitioner to help you. They are trained differently than normal doctors, and are more likely to be able to help. Further helpful tests to get to the bottom of what's causing it could be doing a SIBO test and testing of gut bacteria / parasites to see what's causing the inflammation. Also a test for Diamine oxidase to see if there's histamine intolerance there. It could be something else too like possible inflammation caused by an allergen like gluten or dairy - those are good things to avoid until the gut settles because they can irritate the gut and are often inflammatory.

    Well, what caused for me was an addition to my diet. I thought sparkling water, the carbonated type, was harmless. So, I would drink about 1-2 per day and slowly I started feeling changes. I couldn't walk very far because I started to get chest discomfort, throat pain, feeling of impending doom when I got near doing some aerobic exercise. I thought I was having an asthmatic episode or worse some cardiac issue. But I researched sparkling water and low and behold that was the culprit! If I were you I would take stock of everything you consume, food or liquid, and research if it could be the culprit. Stress does play a part in this too, so don't discount sleep.

Though I tend to eat healthy, I have always been bad about consuming acidic foods. V8 before bed, lots of coffee…I know, I know. That has since stopped. My doctor prescribed Protonix without any tests. I asked about whether that could cause too little stomach acid. He said no…and claimed it is never possible to have too little stomach acid. I sat there with a confused look on my face but wasn’t willing to challenge him. I stopped taking the Protonix after about 6 weeks because it wasn’t helping. And now I’m considering going rogue and taking HCL. Why not? Any suggestions? Footnote: had an endoscopy last week and came back completely normal. Random but try drinking raw cranberry juice for the sulfur smell, that is related to kidneys (infection) I believe .. I experienced that a few months ago from taking too many supplements at a time and not with enough water. Try spacing out your supplements throughout the day dont take them all at once. Hth’s

    any fish oil or multi is probably a little helpful - and if you want to take them on separate days, they'll still have a positive effect when you do take them I imagine.

    Yeah. Maybe low stomach acid and low bile. Need bile to breakdown day. So if you're low on bile or have bile sludge or backed up, you can have high cholesterol. You can probably take b3 niacin with flush to lower your cholesterol. Dr Berg explains it all.

    Vitb1 deficiency causes low stomach acid due to low vagal nerve function

  • @dabass438

    Actually, indigestion is caused by low digestive enzymes; your body compensates by secreting more HCl which is what causes the indigestion; if you don't start supplementing with digestive enzymes you'll eventually develop acid reflux.
