Yes but I believe (IMHO-armchair version) this is really a bastardized version of the 2016 presidential election results. Hilary Clinton won the popular vote but the electors chose to disregard the will of the people and gave their electoral votes to Trump who became the 45th President. There was talk and arguments and discussions about dissolving the electoral process all together. One of the reasons was to prevent the very situation we ended up in but the electors were not obligated to give their votes to Mrs. Clinton. So I believe in the summer of 2020 That Chesebro guy remembered that little tidbit and threw in a twist and conceived the plot that was just revealed recently i.e. make your own electors and claim they are valid. Of course I have no proof but if the 2016 electors could legally designate their electoral votes for anyone they choose regardless of who won the most individual votes then why not create our own and claim these electors are casting their votes for Trump. The rest was all theater to enhance the believability of the plot and obfuscation of the legal process of validating the actual votes. Again I have no proof this is how Chesebro and Eastman were thinking but it is pretty intriguing and I just had to put this somewhere and your comment is pretty cool Peace!

I'm a Harvard grad myself and I don't even understand it. I reached out to my professors and neither do they. First, the audio of Trump asking for 11,780 votes is NOT admissible. He was president at the time this tape was made. People forget that. If that's all the evidence they have then Trump will walk no problem. Trump is always one step ahead.

Chris Christy is wrong about Don the Con indictment in Georgia being unnecessary, because: 1) Unlike the federal case, the state case can be televised for the entire world to see the trial and judge for themselves. 2) Unlike a criminal conviction in federal court, a conviction at state court is not subject to pardon. This would prevent Don the Con from getting a pardon.

The highest court it can appeal to is the Georgia Supreme Court. Even then, it’s a panel that decides whether to even consider the case. None of the appointed judges has a say.
