I was very hungry when I got off the plane in Bombay in 1981. My friends laughed and said I needed to eat something proper and ordered a massala dosa on some corner of the city. I had never eaten anything like it. I had never felt such spiciness and felt it again later. But since then, masala dosa has been my number one when I want to eat Indian food. However, I can't get a proper masala dosa anywhere in Germany! So I'll have to go to Mumbai again... (position 36:06)
