Yes. This is not pretty, but many street vendors in India(not this guy obviously) have much better standards than your average hotel /restaurant in Europe, US or Oz. If I told you stories of where tomatoes are sourced from in Melbourne, in very prominent highly rated hotels you would stop eating out.

And there were little kids eating - wish they did a survey of incidence of cancer in these places and figure if they have an impact. It ought to. However, this is the case across India, and across the world too - widespread use of plastic without a care in the world. Plastics are a scourge.
