Hey!!!! Can you pleaseeeee explain these terms to me??? It's really urgent. I want to book for 8th May. 2S, SL, 3A, 2A, 1A, CC.

@@_apoorva_07 Its the Tier system of Indian Railways,basically the higher the Tier,the more comfortable the journey would be,in the order mentioned above,First Ac is most luxurious offering from IRCTC,you get your own cabin/coupe offering lot of space,cabin having 2×2 seating arrangement and coupe having just 2 berths offering privacy and comfort,2 AC has lesser berths then other sleeper coach formats,instead of 3×3 cabin,its has a 2×2 seating order along with 2 berths on the side,reducing crowd,increasing space and more lagguage area,3AC has the traditional 3×3cabin and 2 side berths format with added comfort of AC,while as the sleeper classes or 2S/CC, lose out the comfort of AC making it harder on the longer journeys,also as per my knowledge seat base is also smaller 2S/CC in coaches,reducing comfort in comparison to AC,there is also the dilema of hygine and safety on 2S/CC coaches,but on being the more budget friendly it is a good option for small journey,for long joruneys in such weather its best to go at least for 3AC rest as per your budget,you can decide what suits you the best to travel,have a safe and happy journey!

@@_apoorva_07 CC is chair Car,in which there is no sleeping arrangement,meant for a day journey.

@@_apoorva_07 and yes you are correct,2S means general,SL means sleeper class,main difference being that there is no sleeping facility in 2S and SL has sleeping facility.

Bhai yeh bata ki long journey ki leye sahi hai general class

I have travelled in all classes 1AC, 2AC, 3AC, CC and 2S coaches. I took 1AC while travelling from Howrah to New Delhi(very less), 2AC when I had several luggages to carry for a 16 hr journey(1 time), 3 AC when I had less luggage for a 16 hr journey(1 time),CC for 4 hours journey(less), Sleeper and 2S for 4 hours journey(mostly). 1AC is without a single doubt the best compartment to travel but it is just too costly 😓.

@@prabhatkumardas1647 ek baat confirm nhi ho rahi hai, k second sitting mai seat hoti kaha hai, mtlb general dibbe mai hi hoti hai kya, kyuki agar general dinbe mai hi hoti hai to fir second sitting ka koi mtlb nhi hai kyuki vaha khacha khach bheed hoti hai, to vo log seat to nhi hi denge.. Agar jaankari hai to plz share kro.

Little story 😀 When I was traveling 1st time AC coach it was 3rd class , when I try to open the door it was not opening ( cz I don't press with a force ) , I shout ... O bhaiya ,, are andar wale bhaiya darwaja to khol do ., Kahe lock 🔒 krke baithe ho 😀 , Then after a person open he open the door it wasn't lock 😣 but was air tight door 😀 I was feeling...... 😔 Cz everyone understood that I came there for first time 😂
